复杂产品技术创新柔性规划系统的构建

摘要
复杂产品系统是指研发投入大、技术含量高、单件或者小批量定制生产的大型产品、系统或基础设施。由于其规模大、单价高,整个复杂产品系统产业的总产值占GDP的份额比较高,在现代经济发展中发挥着非常重要的作用。技术创新是人类的财富之源,是经济发展的巨大动力,在国际竞争国内化和国内竞争国际化的大环境下,我国企业的竞争已从要素驱动和投资驱动逐步向创新驱动转变,创新已成为举国上下的共识,提高技术创新能力是我们迫在眉睫的问题。
     随着我国现代化进程的推进,复杂产品系统的创新是带动未来经济发展的驱动力之一,它能够帮助建立起一国的竞争优势,并且是突破规模经济发展瓶颈的有效手段和途径。中国加入WTO以及全球经济一体化进程的加快,为中国企业提供了参与全球商品和资本市场竞争的机遇,但是也给他们带来了严峻的挑战。要在激烈的市场竞争中获得持续健康发展,使得我国复杂产品系统在技术创新过程中保持其核心竞争力,就必须有一套科学的柔性规划系统。
     文章第1章绪论主要介绍课题研究的目的与意义、国内外相关研究综述、本文的研究内容和采用的研究方法。第2章复杂产品技术创新柔性规划系统基本理论首先对复杂产品、技术创新、柔性和柔性规划的定义进行界定,然后对复杂产品和一般产品的区别规划和柔性规划的区别进行了阐述。第3章复杂产品技术创新柔性规划系统的构建对构建复杂产品技术创新柔性规划系统的原则进行分析,然后就对复杂产品技术创新柔性规划系统的基本理论和构成要素进行了说明。第4章复杂产品技术创新柔性规划系统分别从人力资源、财力资源和物力资源三个大的方面进行说明,人力资源柔性规划首先分析了以往人力资源管理的不足,然后相应的对其做出柔性规划;财力资源柔性规划从筹资、投资、营运和利润分配四个方面分析,先分析了影响因素,然后对其进行柔性规划;物力资源柔性规划是从物资和设备两个方面进行了柔性规划。第5章全文总结与研究展望首先阐述了本文的主要结论,接着指出了本文的主要创新点和局限性,最后对今后的研究方向进行了展望。
Complex Product Systems is large-scale customization of products, systems or infrastructure that R&D investment, technological content is high, one-piece or small mass customization. Because of its large scale and high unit price, the industry output value accounts for a relatively high share of GDP, in the modern economic development has played a very important role.Technological innovation is the source of the wealth of mankind, the great driving force of economic development in the international competition, in the environment of international competitiveness of domestic-oriented and the internationalization of domestic competition, China's enterprise have transformed from the elements of competition-driven and investment-driven to innovation-driven, innovation has become the consensus of the whole country, improve the technological innovation capability is our immediate problem.
     With the advance of China's modernization process, Complex Product Systems Innovation is one of the factors driving the future economic development, which can help build a country's competitive advantage, and it's effective measure and way that can breaks through the economies of scale to develop bottleneck. With China's accession to WTO, as well as the acceleration of global economic integration process, Chinese enterprises are given the opportunity to involved in global commodity and capital market competition, But it also gives them a serious challenge. To get healthy development in the fierce market competition, make complex product systems in our country's process of innovation in technology to maintain its core competencies, we must have a flexible planning system of science.
     The first chapter of this thesis—abstract mainly introduces the aim and meaning of this research、summaries of domestic and overseas correlative researches、study contents and methods of this thesis.
     The second chapter is about the academic foundation of complex product systems; technical Innovation; flexible and flexible Planning. And then explain the difference between complex products and general products; planning and flexibility planning.
     The third chapter is about the principle of building complex products of technological innovation flexible planning system, then explain the basic theory and the elements of complex products of technological innovation flexible planning system.
     The fourth chapter researches complex products of technological innovation flexible planning system from human resources, financial resources and material resources, flexible planning of human resources analyze the lack of past human resources management, and then make a flexible plan; fexible planning of financial resources analyze from the financing, investment, operation and distribution of profits, after analysis of influencing factors, then flexible planning.; fexible planning of material resources research from materials and equipment.
     The fifth chapter is the summary of the full thesis and expectation. It firstly expatiates this thesis's main conclusion, then points out innovative points and limitations, and finally elaborates prospect of future study.
