基于EPON的FTTx宽带接入技术及应用

摘要
随着NGN、IPTV、数字电视、网上办公等高带宽多媒体应用的不断推广,人们对网络接入带宽的需求持续快速增加。未来3~5年内,一个普通家庭的通信业务带宽需求都将达到20 Mbit/s左右。为了解决迅速增长的带宽需求与传统XDSL接入方式只能提供低速率宽带业务的矛盾,全光网络将成为今后网络的发展趋势,FTTx(光纤到用户端)的推广也势在必行。
     目前,基于EPON的FTTx技术己经逐步成熟,建设成本不断下降,应用功能也日趋完善。另外,FTTx技术在国内外都己经开始大力推广,基于EPON的FTTx宽带接入技术必将得到广泛的应用。
     本论文首先概述了FTTx的系统结构,并对APON、EPON与GPON技术在FTTx的应用中做了较为详细的论述和比较。论文阐述了EPON的原理和关键技术,并在此基础上还特别针对别墅区、写字楼、居民小区以及网吧、大客户等不同等级的用户需求,提出了不同的基于EPON的FTTx宽带接入技术方案。
     本论文重点分析了FTTx在用户接入网中的具体实施方案,就现有商业楼宇和居民小区组网结构复杂、不便于管理、需要固定机房、建设成本高等问题,提出了将FTTx应用于商业楼宇和小区的方案,总结了业务应用模式。论文还对比了FTTx在用户接入网中组网方案、业务能力、经济性等方面的优势,同时以滨海电信的FTTx工程为实例,提出并验证了基于EPON的FTTx实现方案,对FTTx在网络运营中的不同建设模式进行了探讨。
     随着光纤、设备成本的持续降低以及技术的发展,FTTx高性价比优势将会越来越明显,在今后大带宽业务驱动下,基于EPON的FTTx宽带接入技术势必将成为今后宽带接入的主要手段。
With the development of NGN、IPTV、DigitalTV、OA and other high bandwidth multi-media applications,demands for high bandwidth access networks are rapid increasing.The bandwidth of Communication Services in common family will reached about 20 Mbit/s in next 3~5 years.To solve the contradictions of growth in bandwidth demand and XDSL,the mainstream of network will be optical network and it is necessary to use FTTx technology.
     At present,FTTx technology base on EPON has gradually matured,the costs have been declining and its functions have been ameliorated.EPON have been widely used in domestic and abroad, and FTTx broadband access technology base on EPON will be more and more usable.
     The paper has summarized FTTx system structure,the technology has assumed comparatively detailed discussion and comparison to EPON,APON and GPON. Analyze and resolve having set forth the EPON principle and the key technology, and having introduced that area,office building,housing estate corridor and important customer use EPON to realize FTTx’s specifically for the villa a scheme.
     The Paper focuses on FTTx application in access network. Because the existing network structure is complexity,not manageable. It needs fixed room for the equipment installed and the cost is high.The paper puts forward FTTx application in commercial buildings and housing,compares the user FTTx access network solution, operations,economic and other areas.Take Binhai telecommunication FTTx project as example at the same time,different construction pattern in realizing a scheme,discussing a network to FTTx in being in motion and doing business being in motion and doing business having brought forward EPON FTTx and verifying has carried out investigation and discussion.
     With the Price of fiber and FTTx equipment falling and development of technology, the advantages of FTTx’s high performance will be increasingly obvious. In the future,FTTx broadband access technology base on EPON will become the main means of access.
