国际经济协调下的国家利益分析
摘要
在经济全球化步伐加快、经济主体相互依赖性增强的背景下,国际经济协调显得尤为重要。各个国家的策略由竞争向合作转化,越来越多的国家参与到国际经济协调之中。经济协调也由部分协调向全面协调深化,国家整体经济利益不断扩大。
国际经济协调以维护经济稳定、促进国家合作为初衷,在越来越广阔的领域发挥作用。经济协调利益的分配是由国家实力对比决定的,由于各个国家经济发展水平不均衡,经济协调下的国家利益形成了经济发达国家主导、经济发展中国家权益让渡的格局,以经济利益为核心的国家斗争日趋激烈的趋势,这恰恰与维持各国利益均衡的协调目标相悖。国际经济协调是建立在国家经济利益基础上的,国家经济实力的变化也会触动协调机制的变革。国家经济实力存在差别、国际经济协调机制本身存在缺陷以及协调机制运行被发达国家掌控,是造成这种不均衡利益分配格局的主要原因。
随着经济的快速发展,发展中国家在参与经济协调时改变了过去单纯依附西方发达国家的策略,采取联盟、区域合作等方式与发达国家抗衡,取得了明显的效果。在参与国际经济协调的进程中,发展中国家应进一步联合起来,积极呼吁完善三大经济组织的协调功能,丰富国际经济协调模式,增强区域性协调组织的影响。
我国需以维护国家整体经济利益为出发点,以深化区域合作为基础,以争取在国际经济调节机制中发挥建设性作用为手段,分析各利益集团的实力对比关系,积极应对贸易争端申诉,加强与发达国家经济对话,从而达到公平受益的目的。
International economic coordination is very important. In the background of rapid pace of economic globalization and economic interdependence of the main enhanced. More and more countries participate in international economic coordination. China's need to safeguard the state's overall economic interests as the starting point, so as to deepen regional cooperation as the basis, for the international economic mechanism to play a constructive role as a means of analysis of the various interest groups, the balance of power relations, actively dealing with trade disputes complaints, flexible adjustment exchange-rate mechanism, thus making their own fair benefit.
