程控交换技术在电信业务网中的应用

摘要
本课题在系统调研、需求分析的基础上,根据电信业务网中存在的问题,提出了电信业务网设计目标、原则和任务,采用了程控交换技术的解决方案,并实现了程控交换系统硬件结构的总体设计和软件管理功能解决方案。
     本课题分析了现有的电信业务网,电信程控交换系统是电信业务网的核心,相较其他地区使用的针对单一程控交换机和单类业务的停复机等系统的业务网,新开发的程控交换系统结构复杂而灵活,扩充性强,具有理论上和工程应用上的创新。这种方式带来的优点是业务处理环节虽然增多,但效率高、不容易出错,人员不臃肿,易管理,大大减少了电信业务的成本。
     为解决以上问题,辽阳电信网通分公司计算机应用开发中心和辽宁信息职业技术学院华为实验室根据现有的设备、技术力量,提出了开展研究工作的设想即程控交换系统软件开发中充分采用了面向对象的技术和思想,将程控交换技术的业务逻辑包含在模块内部,与“电信业务网”的耦合度降到最低。根据TMN框架的业务管理和网络管理的功能体系分层思想,将系统分层,每个层次间设计了灵活的系统接口,保证各个模块的独立性,又不失系统整体的扩展性和适应性。开发了S-1240程控交换模块、AXE-10程控机的交换模块。此后将不断完善,加入C&C08程控交换机模块,本文介绍了程控交换技术在电信业务网中的应用目的和意义和各个交换模块功能的开发实现过程,并重点以C&C08程控交换机模块为例,较详细讲述了其实现业务数据程控处理的思路、实现过程和程序执行操作过程,并附有程控交换系统拓扑图和相应的程序流程图,开发出可以自动处理电信业务网的业务数据的真正意义程控交换系统。
     课题研究拟采用方法和手段利用程控交换机的特点,采用了开放性接口设计使各个交换模块能灵活的适应不同的前后台应用环境。采用衡量程控交换机能力数学算法,选择了适当的硬件设备和软件开发工具,实现用户数据程控自动处理,课题最终目标和达到的水平是使电信业务网具有高效、可靠程控交换能力。
Based on system research and demand analysis , according to the telecommunication service network in design goal, the principle and the duty, proposed the stored program controlled switching system hardware architecture and the software management function system design and the solution.This thesis has analyzed the existing telecommunication service network, compares other local uses duplicate stops machine and so on the system service net in view of sole program controlled switch and the single kind of service, the stored program controlled switching system structure complex but is nimble and extant, has theoretically with the project application in innovation. This way brings the merit is the handling of traffic link although increases, the efficiency high, is not easy to make a mistake, the personnel is not extremely fat, is easy to manage, reduced the telecommunication service cost greatly. Must research and develop voluntarily to the telecommunication stored program controlled switching system, is advantageous for the maintenance and the management and the promotion.In order to solve the above problem, the computer application and development center of Liaoyang telecommunication network branch and HuaWei laboratory of Liaoning information vocationed technology institute, based on existing equipment and the technical force, to proposed the tentative plan of research work is using technical the software object-oriented and the multi- modules supporting system in software development, the plan contained the user data processing service logic in the module and make the coupling degree of "telecommunication service network" lowest. According to the TMN frame business management and the network management function system lamination thought, the system lamination, during each level has designed the nimble system connection, guarantees each module the independence, does not lose the system whole the extension and the compatibility. Hereafter unceasingly will consummate, joins the C&C08 program controlled switch module, this article introduced the stored program controlled switching technology in the telecommunication service network application technology various modules function and the development realization process goal and the significance, and key take the C&C08 program controlled switch module as an example, in detail narrated its realization service data program control processing mentality, the realization process and the procedure execution operating process,And attaches the stored program controlled switching system analysis situs chart and the corresponding program flow diagram, develops may the automatic reduction telecommunication service network service data true significance stored program controlled switching system.The thesis researches the plan that uses the method to enables the system to adapt flexibly to the different front backstage application environment. It uses the weight switchboard ability mathematics algorithm, has chosen the suitable hardware equipment and the software development kit, the realization user data program control automatic reduction, the level which the topic ultimate objective and achieved highly effective has, the reliable stored program controlled exchange ability telecommunication service network system.
