高速线材精轧机组的振动监测与状态诊断

摘要
萍钢公司经过近十多年的年均增长40%以上迅猛发展,短时期内由一个年产30万吨小型钢铁企业成长为一个年产能达800万吨的大型钢铁企业。近年来国内国际在设备振动监测与状态诊断技术方面也积累了一些可供借鉴的有益经验。由于轧钢高线精轧机组集成度相对较高,一旦出现故障将对整个流程性生产秩序造成较大影响,因此开发高速线材精轧机组的振动监测与状态诊断系统已成为当前急需解决的问题。
     论文针对安源轧钢厂高速线材精轧机组,结合我厂的实际情况,选择了合理的高速线材精轧机组的振动监测与状态诊断系统方案,逐步在我公司建立了一套“操作人员日常点检、维修工巡检、状态管理人员的专业点检及工程技术人员的精密点检”相结合的运行状态监测体系,并对设备运行状态进行监测诊断,及时预报故障隐患,减少突发性故障。实行设备状态维修制度,确保生产检修按计划进行。

The implementation of equipment condition-based maintenance system to ensure the maintenance of production according to plan.
