广西高校体育教育专业学生人文素质的现状与对策研究

摘要
随着社会的发展,加强高校学生人文素质已经成为新时代的要求。由于体育教育专业在招生中的偏差、体育教育专业的特殊性、科学主义的负面影响。高校体育专业学生的人文知识比较匮乏、人文精神不容乐观、人文素质总体偏低。迫切的需要通过人文素质教育,把高校体育教育专业学生培养成德智体美全面发展的高级体育人才,为社会主义服务。
作者根据专家访谈、综合《辞海》、《现代汉语词典》等文献,尝试着对体育专业学生人文素质的概念做此界定:体育教育专业学生人文素质是体育专业学生所习得的知识以及吸收、内化,进而所表现出来的人格修养、思想品质等。主要指体育专业学生的人文基础知识、人文精神人生观和价值观、人文精神外显(公共道德、人际交往、法律意识)等的个性品质。设置了四个方面:人文基础知识、人文精神、人文精神外显、学生的自身人文素质以及自身评价。
本论文通过文献研究法、访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对广西高校(广西师范学院体育学院、广西民族大学体育与健康科学学院、广西师范大学体育学院、玉林师范学院体育系、百色学院体育系)5所广西具有招收本科体育教育专业的学生的人文素质现状进行客观的分析发现,广西高校体育教育专业学生的人文素质现状令人担忧,整体表现不高。广西高校体育院系今后可在相关的模块上加强相关工作的开展。找出影响广西高校体育教育专业学生人文素质提高的因素:一、观念问题;二、体育专业的特殊性;三、教师因素的影响;四、环境因素的影响。这些因素的共同作用,影响了广西高校体育教育专业学生人文素质的培养。通过问卷调查结果分析、以及专家的建议,本文提出提高广西高校体育教育专业学生人文素质的可行性措施:一、加强教师的师资队伍建设,提高教师的全面素质;二、优化课程设置,增加人文课程;三、营造良好的高校校园体育文化氛围;四、重视文化知识在体育教育专业大学生招生中的作用;五、充分挖掘体育学科的人文教育资源;六、结合体育院系专业教育的特殊性,提高体育教育专业学生的人文素质水平;七、整合学校、家庭、社会因素教育合力。切实加强广西高校体育教育专业学生人文素质的培养。
With the development of society, to strengthen the quality of college student has become a new human era. Enrollment in physical education in the deviation, the particularity of physical education, the negative effects of scientism. PE comparativeack of knowledge of students in the humanities, human spirit can not be optimistic quality overall is low. Therefore, urgent quality education through the hamanities, the university physical education students to develop into a comprehensive development of virtue, wisdom, a senior sports talents to serve socialism.
According to the experts interviewed by the author and the comprehensive“Dictionary”,“Modern Chinese Dictionary”and other literature,try the sports concept of humanisticquality student to this define: humanistic physical education student of theacquisition of sports knowledge of student and absorption, internalization, and thendemonstrated by the cultivation of personality, thought the quality and so on. Mainly refers to the human physical education students the basics of life and values of humanism, humanism explicit(public morality, interpersonal, legal awareness), and other personality traits.students and its own evaluation of their own humanqualities.
This paper, through literature research, interviews, questionnaires, statistics and other research methods, guangxi university (guangxi teachers college of physical education, physical education and health university of guangxi, guangxi normal university physical collge, yulin teachers college deparment of physical education, bose institute of physical education ) 5 guangxi has enrolledundergraduate students in physical education status of the human quality of thebjective analysis found that students in physical education in college og humanities and quality of concern, overall performance is not hight. Physical Education Department of Guangxi in the relevant module in the future to streng then work.. Identify the impact of physical education in colleges students improve the qualityfactor of a nuamn, the question of perception. Second, the special nature of professional sport, three, teacher factors, four environmenfal factors. Combined effect of these factors affected the students in physical education in colleges human qualities. Through the survey results, and expert advice, this paper proposes to improve physical education in colleges feasible measures human quality of studenrs:one, to streng then the teacher’s teaching staff, to improve the overall quality of teachers. Second, the optimization of the curriculum, increase the humanities courses. Third, to create o good atmosphere in college physical couture. Fourth, attention to cultural knowledge of college student enrollment in the role. Fifth, to fully tap the sports disciplines, humane education resources. Sixth, with professional education physical education department to improve the physical education level of humanistic quality of students. Seven, integrated schools, families, cocial factors and educationgal efforts.Strengthening physical education students in colleges buman qualities.
