企业ERP实施知识管理绩效评价研究

摘要
“以信息化带动工业化,以工业化促进信息化的发展”已成为我国走工业化和现代化的必然选择,其中ERP成为了企业信息化的代名词,但在我国ERP实施成功率不到30%已成为不争的事实。因此,如何提高企业ERP实施效果、提升企业ERP实施的成功率成为了学术界和企业界关注的焦点。
     企业ERP实施与知识管理有着本质上的联系,本文基于企业ERP实施与知识管理相融合的全新视角,从素质、能力、效益三个维度对企业ERP实施知识管理绩效评价机理进行分析,构建了集绩效产生机理、评价模型及实证于一体的理论研究框架,为构建企业ERP实施知识管理绩效评价体系提供了明确的思路和科学的评测方法。
     论文阐述了企业ERP实施知识管理绩效的形成机理及绩效评价体系框架。论文参考国内外有关企业ERP实施及知识管理绩效的相关文献,根据企业ERP实施知识管理的特点,对企业ERP实施知识管理绩效及绩效评价的内涵进行了界定,从对企业ERP实施与知识管理的融合提出了基于员工、企业、知识的企业ERP实施知识管理的三维结构模型,剖析了企业ERP实施知识管理绩效形成的孕育、反哺及循环机理,从企业ERP实施知识管理的素质、能力和效益绩效的形成过程构建了企业ERP实施知识管理绩效的素质评价、能力评价、效益评价的三维评价体系结构。
     论文构建了企业ERP实施知识管理绩效的素质评价体系。论文从企业ERP实施员工、企业和知识三个维度,阐述了绩效的素质评价构成要素,建立了绩效的素质评价指标体系,运用灰色关联分析法进行了指标筛选,选择层次分析法与熵值法相结合确立指标权重,运用模糊综合分析法对企业ERP实施知识管理的素质绩效进行评价和实证。
     论文构建了企业ERP实施知识管理绩效的能力评价体系。论文对企业ERP实施知识管理能力绩效的形成机理进行了分析,阐述了绩效的能力评价的构成要素,构建了绩效的能力评价指标体系,针对评价指标体系中指标间的复杂关系,运用解释结构模型分析知识吸收、知识学习、知识共享、知识整合及知识创造之间的内在关系,选择ANP方法确立指标权重,运用模糊评积分法对企业ERP实施知识管理的能力绩效进行评价和实证。
     论文构建了企业ERP实施知识管理绩效的效益评价体系。通过对企业ERP实施知识管理的目标进行分析,将效益分为显性效益和隐形效益,构建了包含企业经济效益增加、企业竞争力和企业发展力的效益评价构成要素,运用文献综合分析法构建了效益评价指标体系,通过改进熵值法对效益评价指标权重进行确定,由于评价准则的模糊性以及评价指标具有一定的灰度等特点,构建了模糊灰色综合评价法对企业ERP实施知识管理绩效的效益进行了评价和实证。
     论文通过对企业ERP实施知识管理三维绩效评价的分析,构建了素质、能力、效益三维绩效协调度综合评价体系。论文以平衡理论为基础,对素质、能力、效益三维绩效协调度及协调度评价的内涵进行了界定,借鉴空间几何模型原理,建立ERP实施知识管理的三维绩效空间几何模型并进行了实证。与此同时,针对实证分析中出现的问题,论文提出企业ERP实施知识管理绩效的提升对策。
“Informatization spurs industrialization, on while industrialization promotesinformatization development” has become the inevitable choice of industrialization andmodernization for China, and ERP represents the enterprise information, but the success rateof ERP implementation is less than30%in China. Therefore, how to improve theimplementation of ERP success rate becomes the focus of attention of the academic andcorporate.
     ERP implementation and knowledge management process has essentially contact. Basedon the new perspective of ERP implementation and knowledge management, this paperanalyzed the forming mechanism of ERP implementation knowledge transfer performancefrom three dimensions of implementation of the qualification, capability, efficiencyconstructed the theoretical research framework of generating mechanism, performanceevaluation model empirical approaches, provided a clear thinking and scientific evaluationmethod in purpose of constructing the knowledge management performance evaluationsystem.
     This paper expounded the implementation of ERP knowledge management performanceof the formation mechanisms and performance evaluation system framework. This paperconsulted related literature on ERP implementation and knowledge management performanceboth home and abroad. It defined ERP implementation knowledge management performanceand the connotation of the performance evaluation, according to the characteristics of theimplementation of ERP knowledge management process.3D structure model based on thestaff, enterprise, knowledge of the implementation of ERP knowledge management was putforward from the fusion of knowledge management process.
     This paper analyzed the ERP implementation knowledge management performance forminoculation, feedback and circulation mechanism, constructed3D evaluation system ofknowledge management performance evaluation of the implementation of the investmentperformance evaluation, transfer performance evaluation, and implementation of the behaviorof the performance evaluation. This paper built up the ERP implementation knowledgemanagement of the implementation of the investment performance evaluation system. From the implementation of ERP employees, enterprise and knowledge three dimensions, this paperdiscussed the input of the performance evaluation of elements, established the implementationof the investment performance evaluation index system, the grey correlation analysis methodof index selection, chose ahp and entropy method to establish the index weight, conducted afuzzy comprehensive analysis on the implementation of ERP knowledge management of theimplementation of the investment performance evaluation.
     The appraisal system of ERP implementation knowledge management behaviorperformance was built up in this paper. The function mechanism of behavior of theimplementation of ERP knowledge management was analyzed, the elements of transferringbehavior evaluation were stated, the transferring behavior performance evaluation indexsystem was constructed. Aimed at the evaluation index system of the complex relationshipbetween indicators, through the structure model, it analyzed the inner link among knowledgeabsorption, knowledge, knowledge sharing, knowledge integration and the creation ofknowledge. It selected the ANP method to establish the index weight, and applied fuzzygrading methods to evaluating the implementation of ERP knowledge management behaviorperformance and empirical research.
     The evaluation system for ERP implementation knowledge management was built up inthis paper. Through the analysis of the implementation of ERP knowledge managementtarget, it divided the results into dominant benefit and invisible performance benefits, andconstructed evaluating components including increased enterprise economic benefit, thecompetitive power of enterprise and enterprise development power of the implementation ofthe performance evaluation of the elements. Via comprehensive literature analysis, itconstructed the index evaluating system, it defined the index weight, and due tocharacteristics of fuzziness of the evaluation system, it constructed the fuzzy greycomprehensive evaluation method for the implementation of ERP knowledge transfer of theimplementation of the performance evaluation results and empirical research.
     Based on the analysis of the implementation of ERP knowledge management of3Dperformance evaluation, it constructed the3D performance coordination degreecomprehensive evaluation system. Taking balance theory as a foundation, this paper definedthe3D performance coordination degree and the connotation of coordinating evaluation, viathe space geometry model, it constructed3D performance space geometry model empirically. The strategies to improve the implementation of ERP knowledge transfer was r put forward inthis paper. In view of the strategies of knowledge increases and quality improvement, thestrategies of promoting performance of ability transferring, the strategies of implementingresults of the growth benefits and the3D performance of coordinated development, itproposed the strategies to promote the growth benefits of EPR implementation knowledgetransfer.
