基于J2EE的造纸业产品管理系统的设计与实现

摘要
随着计算机及网络技术的高速发展,数字化、网络化的信息革命从根本上推动了企业内部管理模式的转变,越来越多的企业开始实现网络化的信息管理。目前很多大型的造纸企业已经有一整套比较完整的信息管理系统,但一些小型的造纸工厂大部分的工作仍需手工完成,工作效率比较低,管理员不能及时了解各种纸张的制造情况,而且也不便于动态、及时的调整纸张的制造过程。基于这些问题,有必要建立一个造纸管理系统,使造纸的日常管理工作规范化、系统化、程序化,避免管理的随意性,提高信息处理的速度和准确性,能够及时、准确、有效地查询造纸情况。
     基于J2EE的造纸业产品管理系统的设计与实现正是针对企业造纸管理的不足而设计的一套信息管理系统。首先对造纸业信息管理技术在国内的发展中存在的缺陷进行了分析,明确了研究的目的、意义以及国内外研究现状,从而提出研究该系统的必要性,进而对系统的整个逻辑体系进行了分析和设计。
     该系统根据传统的造纸工艺流程和系统设计原则,采用了集成开发框架,此开发框架包括JavaServerFaces(JSF)、Spring、Hibernate,使用NetBeans与Eclipse交互。系统采用了分层的思想对业务流程进行介绍,并对系统进行了模块的划分,实现部分基于分层的思想对M/C管理模块、R/R管理模块、W/D管理模块、包装管理模块从功能实现上进行了详细的介绍,最终实现了从界面JSF层到BusinessLogic层再到Control层最后到数据库的数值传递过程,从而也实现了对数据进行增加、删除、修改、查找等操作,为造纸企业管理提供了更深层次的信息服务。
With the development of computer and network technique, the information revolution of digital and network ultimately impulse the changes of the mode of enterprise internal management, there are more and more enterprises which realize network-based information management. At present, the large-scale enterprise has been a series of relatively intact Information Management System, but mostly work of some small paper making factory still need handwork to achieve, which work efficiency is low, administrators can’t timely know making status of diversified paper, and can’t adjust making process of paper timely and effectively. Base on these problems; found a papermaking management system is very necessary, which cause routine management of making paper to standardization, systematization and procedure, avoiding management at will, improving information dispose of rapidity and veracity, querying the statue of making paper conveniently.
     It is targeted at the shortage of the status of enterprise management that the design and implementation of Product Management Information System of Papermaking Industry based on J2EE is carried out. First,Analysis of information management technology in the domestic paper industry in the development of defects, defined the purpose of the study, significance and status of international research, and thus the proposal to examine the necessity of the system, as well as analyzed and designed the logic of the whole system.
     This system according to traditional making paper of technical flow and system design principle, introduce integration empoldering framework which include JavaServerFaces, Spring, Hibernate and use NetBeans with Eclipse interacting. This system adopted layered idea to introduce business Process and is divided to some modules. Achievement parts Base on layered idea introduce the function of M/C management module, R/R management module, W/D management module, Packing management module. Eventually from the interface JSF layer to BusinessLogic layer then Control-layer and finally to the value of the database transfer process. Thus achieving the data to add, delete, modify, search and other operations. Business management for the paper provides a deeper level of information service.
