复杂结构厚煤层顶煤可放性及综放工艺研究

摘要
本文通过现场实测、理论分析和数值模拟研究,对复杂结构厚煤层顶煤可放性及综放工艺研究了系统的论述。通过现场观测,分析了康家滩煤矿88203工作面矿山压力显现的规律及显现特征,为康家滩煤矿8~#煤层综放支架的选型提供了理论依据;在分析煤层强度、开采深度、顶板岩性及厚度、煤层厚度、顶煤中节理、裂隙的发育程度以及煤层的夹矸层数和厚度等主要因素对顶煤冒放性影响的基础上,采用模糊数学方法分别对各个影响因素的冒放性隶属度进行了研究,得到了顶煤冒放性的综合评价指标值。
     采用数值模拟软件FLAC~(3D)对综放工作面推进过程中的顶煤冒落情况进行了模拟,采用现场实测研究了项煤及顶板运移特征、项煤(板)宏观冒落特征,模拟及观测结果表明在康家滩煤矿8~#复杂结构厚煤层中进行综放开采是可行的;采用平面和立体相似材料模拟实验方法对放煤步距与方式进行了模拟实验研究,得出了工作面合理的放煤步距为二采一放,合理的放煤方式为单轮顺序放煤。
Top coal caving capability and fully mechanized top coal caving technology were systematic discussion through the field measurement, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation method. Strata behavior law and its characteristics of 88203 working face was analysized, theory basis was provided for the selection of support. Based on the analysis of main factors influencing the top coal caving, such as coal intensity, mining depth, roof lithologic characters and thickness, coal seam thickness, roof fissurings and cracks, coal bed dirt layers and its thickness and so on, the paper studied the caving membership grade of each factor, and concluded the comprehensive evaluation data of top coal caving.
     Using FLAC~(3D) numerical simulation, this paper simulated top coal caving during the advancing process of fully mechanized working face, and by field survey studied the moving characteristics of top coal and roof as well as macro caving characteristics of top coal (roof). Results of simulation and field survey indicated that fully mechanized top coal caving mining method is feasible in thick and extra thick coal seam 8~#; Adopting the plane and three-dimensional similar material simulation on caving step and mode, it concluded that the reasonable caving step is two mining one caving and caving mode is single sequential caving. And this paper put forward some suggestions on choosing support of fully mechanized top coal caving working face in thick and extra thick coal seams of Kangjiatan coal mine.
