城市高铁站核心区域功能布局规划研究

摘要
伴随着高铁时代的到来,我国城市高铁站及周边区域的规划和建设在如火如荼的进行中,预计到2012年中国将建成804座现代化高铁车站。如此大规模的发展建设,研究高铁站周边地区的功能布局显得尤为重要。通过高铁站与主城区的关系研究,得知位于主城区边缘地区的高铁站建设是大多数城市的选择,课题的研究对象和范围亦于此。
     由于高铁站核心区域是受高铁站影响最为强烈和直接的区域,也是各个城市高铁站地区规划建设的焦点,因此本课题的对象和目标为高铁站核心区域功能布局规划。
     文章通过典型案例分析了高铁站核心区开发成功必要条件;从三个层次研究了高铁站地区的发展目标定位;运用比较分析和案例研析等方法系统的研究了高铁站核心区域的功能构成类型和功能布局的特点;探讨了高铁站核心区域空间利用方式和开发强度,提出了地下空间开发利用的布局原则;研究了高铁站核心区域交通换乘设施布局,提出了交通换乘设施的布局原则。最后选取武广铁路客运专线新长沙站规划设计案例,对其展开研究,探讨高铁站核心区域的功能布局规划,综合分析和说明位于城市边缘地区的高铁站的交通、经济和地区门户三个层次的发展职能以及在发展职能的指导下高铁站核心区域的功能构成类型以第三产业商业、服务业类型为主,混合式复合化的功能布局特点和圈层式的空间布局结构在实践中的对应运用,以期日后对城市高铁站核心区域的功能布局规划提供一定的借鉴及指导意义。
With the population of high-speed railway, the planning and construction of China urban high-speed railway station and it's surrounding areas is full in swing. It is estimated that by the year 2012,804 modern high-speed railway stations will be built in China. The scale of development and construction is so large that it's obviously important to research the function and layout of the surrounding area of high-speed railway station. It can be seen that high-speed railway stations will be located in the outer regions of the down town in most cities by researching the relationship between High Speed-Rail Station and the down town. This is exactly the range of the research project.
     As the core area, it is most strongly and directly affected by the high-speed railway station, and is also the focus of planning and construction of high-speed railway stations areas in various urban. So the object and objective of this paper is the planning of function and layout of the core area of high-speed railway station.
     According to several typical cases, the paper analyzed the necessary conditions for the successful development of the core area of high-speed railway station; researched the target location on development of the high-speed railway station from three levels; researched the type of function structure and the characteristics of the layout of functions of the core area of high-speed railway station in a systematic way by using comparative analysis and case study; investigated the pattern of space use and development intensity of the core area of high-speed railway stations, proposed layout principles of subsurface development and utilization; researched the layout of the transport interchange facility of the core area of high-speed railway station, proposed the layout principle of the transport interchange facilities. Finally, the paper selected the planning of Changsha Station of Wuhan-Guangzhou Railway as the case to research, investigated the planning of the functions layout of the core area of high-speed railway stations, analyzed and explained the function of development of the high-speed railway stations in border district of the city from three levels of transport, economic and he showcase of the region, as well as, under the guidance of the function of development, the type of function structure of the high-speed railway stations is mainly based on tertiary industry commerce and service sector, the corresponding application of hybrid-type composite characteristics of the functions layout and circle-type space layout structure in practice, to provide a reference and guidance to the planning of function and layout of the core area of high-speed railway station areas in the future.
