基于XML的连锁企业物流配送信息系统研究与实现

摘要
连锁经营是企业适应当前以“客户”为导向的“买方市场”有效经营方式之一。物流配送作为连锁企业竞争力的保证和企业挖掘以物流为标志的“第三利润源泉”的突破口,需要以“快速的配送反应”和“高客户满意度”来提升企业的竞争力和效益,这必须以物流配送信息系统作为支撑。因此,如何利用现代信息技术构建连锁企业物流配送信息系统,提高配送决策水平,降低配送成本,成为连锁企业急需解决的问题。
     论文采用理论联系实际的研究方法,在介绍连锁经营及物流配送相关理论的基础上,提出构建物流配送信息系统的必要性。重点对构建配送信息系统需要解决的构建模式及信息数据交换工具问题进行了详细阐述和比较,提出构建基于XML技术的三层分布式Web模式物流配送信息系统框架结构,解决连锁企业配送信息在配送各环节及供应商之间的传输、处理、共享的需求;同时,利用Lotus Domino提供的工作流机制实现配送业务流程处理电子化、自动化;论文针对连锁企业对物流配送信息系统功能中最关心的成本问题,提出连锁企业库存分布配送模型,以达到配送决策的最优化目标;最后,结合CCQC公司实际需求,构建了基于XML技术的物流配送信息系统,实现了连锁企业基于Web的配送信息共享与数据交换,提高了配送业务处理效率。
Chain operation is one of the effective organizational forms for the enterprise to meet the needed * taking customer as direction"in the era of buyer' s market". The delivery of logistics taken as the inssurance of chain enterprises' competitiveness and the break-through point of the third profit source" , it need " fast reaction" and " high customer satisfactions" to promote the competitiveness and benefits of enterprise, all of it needs high-efficient delivery of dogistics information system to support. So, how to utilize modern information technologies to build up the Chain enterprises' delivery of logistics information systems in order to improve the decision level of delivery, to reduce the cost of delivery, become the most important problem for the chain enterprise to settle in our country.
    This paper use the method of the theory intergrates with practice, on the basis of introducing the theory of chain operation and delivery of logistics, Propose the necessity to build up the delivery of logistics information systems, The paper pay more attention to the problem of information system' s structure and the tool used for data exchange, Propose the three layers Web mode frame structure of delivery of logistics
    
    
    
    information system structuring based on the XML technology, solve the Chain enterprises' delivery inforrmaion to transmit deal and sharing among each link and suppliers; Besides, the paper utilize the workflow mechanism offered by Lotus Domino to realize electronization and automize of the delivery of logistics' course; in order to slove the cost accounting of the logistics information system function,we propose a inventory distrabution models to realize the goal of optimization deliver decision; At last, the paper combined CCQC company actual demand, build up the logistics information system based on the xml, realized the Chain enterprises' logistics information sharing and exchange, improved the deal efficiency of deliver.
