社会排斥与新生代农民工城市适应性问题研究

摘要
新生代农民工城市适应性问题研究是新生代农民工新时期在城市工作、生活的现实需要,新生代农民工受到诸多问题的困扰,社会问题、制度问题、历史遗留问题、个人问题成为他们融入城市的障碍。
我国正在加大力度推进城镇化建设,加快农民剩余劳动力转移,加强以新生代农民工为主体的农民工素质教育和技能教育,新生代农民工是我国工业等领域重要的技术工人和服务者,他们的福祉就是中国的福祉。
加强和完善新生代农民工社会支持体系,帮助他们尽快融入到城市生活中来,是我国城镇化建设的重要内容,要以此为契机,加快城市发展、完善城市福利制度,让新生代农民工彻底脱离土地,变成城市的市民。
“十二五”社会体制改革已经提上日程,以分配收入为切入点的社会公平、公正领域的改革也正在加紧酝酿,新生代农民工作为未来城市的主体,作为我国经济社会发展不可忽视的新生力量,必将成为城市化进程中的受益者。
社会排斥理论是社会转型期重要的研究视角,通过这个视角可以观察到社会转型过程中新生代农民工在市民化过程中存在的问题,这些问题困扰着我国城市化进程,影响着我国社会的问题,动摇着我国代表人民利益的决心,因此,从受排斥者的角度解读新生代农民工与城市融合过程中存在的问题,是当前新生代农民工研究的重要课题,也是国家继续关注的领域。
社会学的历史责任就是要通过社会学研究去发现人类社会变革和发展中存在的问题,这些问题的解决将推动整个社会的进步,也因此,社会学与政策研究、权力运转等问题紧密结合在一起,社会排斥理论视角下的新生代农民工城市适应性问题是社会转型过程中存在的农民与城市突出矛盾,该矛盾的形成是我国经济社会的发展及原有社会结构共同造成的,需要用全球化视野及科学发展观来解决该问题,积极推动新生代农民工市民身份的转变,由此,缓解农村土地压力、生态压力、用工压力等问题。

Social responsibility is the history of sociological research to discover through social change and development of human problems, these problems will facilitate the progress of the whole society, and therefore, sociology and policy studies, power and other issues closely in the running together under the Perspective of Social Exclusion adaptability of new generation of urban migrant workers exist in the process of social transformation of peasants and urban obvious contradictions, the contradiction between the formation of economic and social development in China and co-existing social structures caused by the need to use Globalization and scientific development concept to solve the problems, and actively promote the generation of migrant workers as members of the public changes, which ease the pressure on rural land, ecological pressure, employment pressure and other issues
