多主体需求驱动的区域虚拟企业结盟机制及其控制策略

摘要
本文围绕区域特征,把握虚拟企业结盟的间续式规律,针对中小企业基于博弈主体选择的结盟合作状态及其相关机制、策略问题,从主体需求的独特视角,对多主体需求驱动的区域虚拟企业结盟机制及其控制策略进行了比较深入的研究,主要研究内容如下:
     1、建立区域虚拟企业结盟理论架构。通过分析企业结盟动因和效应,提出了“区域虚拟企业结盟”的概念,并给出具体定义特征;定位于我国中小企业实际,构建基于ASP平台的区域虚拟企业结盟模式架构,并分析了基于ASP的企业结盟运营模式、工作流程以及区域虚拟企业行为协议。
     2、基于多主体需求的区域虚拟企业结盟机制研究。从企业主体出发,研究多个企业主体需求的选择演化和博弈分析,建立基于多主体需求驱动的以虚拟企业为组织形式的结盟系统,通过广义客户需求分类和建模,以“广义产品”为载体,解决需求——功能映射分析及实现技术,完成结盟企业的组建;在此基础上实现主体需求显性化,分析结盟稳定运营机制、资源优化配置、利益分配机制、任务协同、契约激励机制等以及保证准结盟需求的结盟解体、资产清算、任务冲突与协调机制。
     3、把握区域虚拟企业结盟的间续式特性。间续式特性是区域虚拟企业结盟的重要规律,结合间续式特性研究虚拟企业动态结盟周期过程、战略行为契约关系治理模式、企业结盟的契约机制和信任保障机制,虚拟企业的区域范围约定进一步强化了企业结盟的间续式特性,实现了需求驱动的动态协同管理方法和分离解体识别。
     4、研究区域虚拟企业结盟运作的控制策略。企业在主体需求驱动下,成员企业间协同必然产生冲突,通过分析虚拟企业的需求效用函数,从而对区域虚拟企业间续式结盟任务的冲突与协调采取控制策略;建立基于利益需求分享的虚拟企业博弈模型,对结盟稳定性采取控制和风险预控策略;以成员企业网络契约的自我履行机制保障实现主体需求,完成对虚拟企业的预控。通过对多主体需求驱动的区域虚拟企业结盟机制及其控制策略的研究,以期开阔虚拟企业研究视角,拓展虚拟企业理论,旨在提高虚拟企业适应性和实践性。
This dissertation focuses on the regionality characteristics and grasps intermittence, the regularity of virtual enterprise alliances. In view of the state, cooperation mechanism and strategy of small & middle enterprise alliance, from the special perspective of the main demand, this dissertation investigates the alliance mechanism driven by the multi-agent demand of regional virtual enterprise and its control strategy. The contents are described as follows:
     This dissertation tries to establish the theoretical framework of the regional alliance of Virtual Enterprise. The concept of "regional alliance virtual enterprise" is proposed by analyzing the cause and effect of enterprise alliance. From the actual conditions of small & middle enterprises in China, the alliance framework of the regional virtual enterprise built on ASP platform is designed in this dissertation, also the ASP-based alliance of enterprise and operating models, workflow, as well as behavior agreements of regional virtual enterprise are analyzed.
     The alliance mechanism driven by the multi-agent demand of regional virtual enterprise is considered in this dissertation. In view of the enterprise agent aspect, the choice evolution and game analysis of the main demand of many enterprises are explored. Based on the multi agent demand-driven, the alliance system in form of virtual enterprise is established. Further, with the classifying and modeling of the generalized customer demand, the analysis of demand-function mapping and its technology are addressed by "generalized products", and then the construction of enterprise alliance is established. After identifying the main demands of agents, this dissertation analyzes the stability of alliance operations, the optimal allocation of resources, the distribution of benefits, task coordination and the contractual incentive mechanism, also the mechanisms of the alliance disassembly, liquidation of the assets and coordination of conflict task are analyzed for ensuring the demand of prospective alliance.
     This dissertation studies intermittent characteristics of regional virtual enterprise alliance and its effect. The intermittent characteristic is the important rule of regional virtual enterprise alliance,combining the intermittent characteristic, this dissertation considers the dynamic alliance cycle of virtual enterprise, the governance mode of the strategic behavior contractual relationship, contractual mechanism and trust mechanism of enterprise alliance and the zero stipulation of virtual enterprise, which can strengthen the intermittent characteristic of enterprise alliance, and then the dynamic synergic management driven by demand and the separation and identification is achieved.
     This dissertation studies operating control strategy of regional virtual enterprise alliance. In the main demand-driven enterprise, coordination between member enterprises will have conflicts, by analyzing the demand utility function of the virtual enterprise, the control strategy for the conflict and coordination of intermittent allying mission of regional virtual enterprise is implemented; furthermore, in order to provide the control strategy and risk pre-control strategy for the stability of the alliance, the game model based on revenue sharing in virtual enterprise is constructed. Moreover, the pre-control of virtual enterprises is performed by the way that the achievement of the main demands is actualized by the self-fulfilling mechanism of the network contract among the members of the enterprise network.
     This dissertation studies the alliance mechanism driven by multi-agent demand of regional virtual enterprise and its control strategy, the aim is to inaugurate some new angles of virtual enterprise research, develop virtual enterprise theory and enhance virtual enterprise adaptability and practicality.
