武汉公共建筑集中空调采暖工程能效评价体系的研究

摘要
论文在2007-2009年武汉市国家机关办公建筑和公共建筑能耗调查、能源审计的基础上,以武汉地区的公共建筑集中空调采暖系统为研究对象,研究典型的办公楼、写字楼、商场、旅游旅馆等公共建筑集中空调采暖系统及子系统设备功率与能效系数的计算方法,建立集中空调采暖系统及子系统能效量化的综合评价体系。
     论文给出了典型建筑集中空调采暖工程能效系数的定义,按建筑功能、冷源、末端系统分类,比较了集中空调采暖工程及子系统设计能效系数;分析了空调工程(部分负荷)DEER与子系统(部分负荷)DEER的相关性;讨论了子系统DEER变化对空调工程DEER的影响;并按冷源形式给出了集中空调工程部分负荷能效系数及计算公式;论文还讨论了热源系统能效系数。
     论文分别采用IPLV负荷权重、温度频率法与能耗模拟分析法,讨论集中空调采暖工程部分负荷计权系数,得出了按能耗模拟分析法给出的武汉市公共建筑集中空调采暖工程部分负荷计权系数逼近实际工况。
     论文给出了新建建筑、既有建筑集中空调采暖工程及冷源系统设计能效系数限值、部分负荷设计能效系数限值及改造限值。
     论文根据能源审计实测的冷源系统参数、设备运行记录及能耗模拟分析,计算了典型公共建筑空调工程逐时运行能效系数和全年运行能效系数。
     论文计算分析了对典型建筑集中空调采暖系统节能改造后,提升集中空调采暖工程能效系数对建筑能效等级的影响。
The paper based on the 2007-2009 wuhan national office buildings and public buildings energy consumption survey、energy audit, and on the basis of public buildings in wuhan area of central air-conditioning & heating system as the research object, the analysis of central air-conditioning & heating system of public buildings, in the study of the typical office buildings, the mall, the hotel and other public buildings on the calculation method of air-conditioning& heating system and subsystem efficiency coefficient, the establishment of the central air conditioning & heating system and subsystem on the comprehensive evaluation of the efficiency quantification.
     The paper introduced the calculation process of the air-conditioning & heating system efficiency coefficient, according to the function of the building, cold source form, end system forms,compared the design efficiency coefficient of the central air-conditioning & heating system and subsystem, analysed the relevance between the air-conditioning system (partial load) DEER and each subsystem (partial load)DEER, discussed the influence of the air-conditioning system DEER when the subsystem DEER changed, and according to the different forms of cold source, trying to give calculation formula of the central air-conditioning system efficiency coefficient on partial load.
     The paper on the basis of the different countries and regions IPLV load weight, temperature and frequency analysis method and energy consumption of the load simulation, obtained the partial load efficiency coefficient of the air-conditioning & heating system of public buildings in wuhan.
     The paper presented the limiting values of the design efficiency coefficient, the design efficiency coefficient on partial load and reconstruction in the central air-conditioning & heating system and cold source system.
     The paper calculated the hourly operating energy efficiency coefficient and year-round operation energy efficiency coefficient, based on the operating record of the air conditioning unit and the analysis of energy consumption simulation.
     The Paper were calculated and analyzed to typical building air-condition system of heating of energy-saving after the transformation, the central air conditioning heating engineering efficiency promotion of building energy efficiency rating of the coefficient of influence.
