松香分散胶乳化剂合成及其乳化机理的研究

摘要
本研究合成了系列壬基酚聚氧乙烯(10)醚琥珀酸低级醇酯的磺酸钠盐,考察了合成各步骤中影响实验进行的主要因素(反应温度、反应时间等),并研究了合成乳化剂的乳化性能。通过建立内聚能密度计算模型,得到了合成乳化剂在乳化松香时的R比,从而解析了所合成乳化剂对松香的乳化机理,并解释了仅有三种乳化剂能制备松香分散胶的原因。为松香分散胶制备工艺的研究提供了一定的乳化机理。
This study chose serial sodium sulfonate nonyl phenol-polyethoxyl(lO) succinate ethanol ester as emulsifiers of rosin dispersed size. Synthesis and emulsibility of them were studied. Through building model of cohesive energy density, R ratio curves while these emulsifiers emulsify rosin were achieved. After analysis these curves, we confirmed that model of cohesive energy density was right and could put to use. From these curves of R ratio, emulsion mechanism when these emulsifiers emulsified rosin could be elucidated and the reason why only three emulsifiers could make rosin dispersed size was explored.
