大学生素质教育的现状及其对策研究

摘要
经济的竞争,科学技术的竞争,归根到底是人才的竞争,国民素质的竞争。当代大学生是二十一世纪的生力军,他们的素质状况决定着祖国未来的面貌。加强大学生素质教育,全面提高人才质量,已是高校面临的迫切任务。本文就当代大学生素质教育的问题做些探讨。
该论题主要探讨赋予素质教育内涵的基础上对其重新定位思考,即从不同的角度寻求其存在问题的根源,力求全方位地去认识并寻找到能够有利于大学生素质教育工作者在工作中可操作的模式。全文由三大部分组成:
第一部分:大学生素质教育概述。在对世界观人生观价值观这一哲学概念界定的基础上,首先阐述了世界观人生观价值观概念及其重要性。然后概括了素质教育的概念,并阐述了大学生素质教育的意义,为下文做好了铺垫工作。
第二部分:大学生素质教育综述。在对当前素质教育肯定的同时,提出了大学生素质教育令人担忧的一面,从生理方面、心理方面、思想道德方面、社会适应方面进行剖析。并总结出造成这种现象的原因。
第三部分:解决大学生素质教育的方法和途径。本部分从哲学理论、世界观人生观价值观认识、人文科学教育、心理健康教育、社会实践、吸收世界文明成果等不同的角度探讨了提高大学生素质教育的方法。
The economical competition, the science and technology competition, is in the final analysis talented person's competition, the national quality competition. The contemporary university student is 21st century new forces , their quality condition will be deciding the motherland future appearance. Strengthens the university student education for all-around development, improves the talented person quality comprehensively, already was the urgent duty which the university faced. This article makes a discussion on the contemporary university student education for all-around development question.
This thesis main discussion entrusts with the education for all-around development philosophy connotation in the foundation to locate the ponder to it, namely seeks its existence question from the different angle the root, makes every effort from to know and to seek omni-directionally to can be advantageous to the university student education for all-around development worker the pattern which may operate in the work. The full text by three major part is composed:
First part: University student education for all-around development outline. In to the world outlook outlook on life values this philosophy concept limits foundation in, first elaborated the world outlook outlook on life values concept and the importance. Then summarized the education for all-around development concept, and elaborated the university student education for all-around development significance, the structure, has completed the upholstery work for as follows.
Second part: University student education for all-around development summary. While to current education for all-around development definitely, proposed university student education for all-around development anxious one side, from the physiological aspect, the psychological aspect, the thought morals aspect, the society adapts the aspect to carry on the analysis. And summarizes creates this kind of phenomenon the reason.
Third part: Solves the university student education for all-around development method and the way. This part from the philosophy theory, the world outlook outlook on life values knew, the humanities education, the psychologically healthy education, the social practice, the absorption world civilized achievement and so on the different angle discussed enhanced the university student education for all-around development the aspect.
