基于ArcGIS的空间信息共享平台关键技术的研究

摘要
空间信息共享最早提出来的时候目的是适应全球性研究的需要,向国际化方向发展,主要是以建立全球性的数据中心为主。随着计算机技术、网络通信技术以及获取、存储、处理和显示地理空间信息的数字科技的发展,空间信息的共享也经历了不同的阶段,第一阶段为原始模式,是通过数据拷贝的数据共享模式;第二阶段为初级模式,是通过访问空间数据库的数据共享模式;第三阶段为中级模式,是面向服务的数据共享方式;第四阶段为高级模式,是面向服务的功能共享方式。
     在建设面向服务的高级共享服务平台的时候涉及的关键技术问题主要包括:1、共享数据库的结构组织和提取更新问题。2、共享平台的安全机制。3、平台建设关键问题。这些问题在“企业级”共享服务平台建设过程中都是必须要解决的关键技术问题。以ArcGIS Server为后台核心发布平台可以和好的解决服务的发布,管理,和服务接口调用等问题,以ArcSDE为基础来管理空间数据库可以很好的解决数据的同步更新,数据管理,数据复制等问题,共享门户网站可以很好的解决服务的检索、上传、下载等问题。
     论文首先阐述了空间信息共享的国际研究现状和国内研究现状,然后阐述了共享平台的在不同发展阶段的特点,重点阐述了现阶段面向服务的共享相对于之前阶段共享的优势。最后论述了以“企业级GIS”为基础的面向服务的共享平台所要解决的技术问题,并充分运用ArcGIS技术结合主流IT技术给出了解决方法,最后基于ArcGIS技术和平台架构为基础,设计并实现面向服务的共享平台。
Spatial information sharing was first proposed for the purpose that is to adapt to the global research needs and develop to the direction of international, then mainly to establish a global data center based. With computer technology, network technology, as well as the acquisition, storage, processing and display of geospatial information in digital technology development, spatial information sharing has gone through different phases, the first original model is copying the data; the second stage is the primary model.though access to spatial database; the third stage intermediate model is service-oriented data-sharing approach; the fourth stage of advanced model is service-oriented way to share the functions. These two stages is a lot of space and high-speed Internet sources of information based on the development of the past. The main characteristics of these two stages are:easy access to a variety of services can be centralized data processing services to support a variety of standards-based client:the data published in the form of a service can ensure data security.
     In building service-oriented high-level shared services platform when the key technical issues involved include:1, shared database of the structural organization of the problem and extract updates.2, sharing platform security mechanisms.3, platform process necessary to solve key problems. These problems in the "Enterprise" shared services platform process are necessary to solve key technical problems. To publish ArcGIS Server as the core background and good resolution services platform release, management, and service interface calls and other issues to be managed based on ArcSDE spatial database can solve the synchronization of data updates, data management, data replication issues to GeoPortal share based portal services can be solved by search, upload, download and other issues.
     Firstly it explains the spatial information and sharing of research status and domestic research status, and then describes the shared platform characteristics at different stages of development, focuses on the current service-oriented relative to the prior stage to share the advantage of sharing. Finally discusses the "Enterprise GIS" based service-oriented platform for the sharing of technical problems to be solved. And full use of ArcGIS technology combined with mainstream IT technology solutions are given, the last based on ArcGIS technology and platform architecture, design and implement service-oriented sharing platform.
