VoIP技术在企业中的设计与实施

摘要
软交换技术是下一代网络(NGN)的核心技术,而软交换技术当前的研究热点就是VoIP的技术和应用,这种采用分组交换技术形成的通讯方式自诞生之日起就广受关注,尤其是随着经济发展,越来越多的企业在各地设立了分公司,并且组建了专用的数据传输网络。如何更好的利用数据网络是每个企业所关注的重点IT应用之一。IP电话技术以及下一代网络NGN给了我们一个美好的前景。
     信息系统是工程公司的基础设施,应该满足工程公司全方位的需求。在工程总承包项目的EPC各阶段,全方位、全过程、一体化利用信息技术,特别是网络、远程通信、多媒体、数据库等基础技术。
     随着中国经济的快速发展,近几年国内在建的大型石化项目非常多,由于整个项目涉及到设计、采购、施工等各种专业人员,对专业之间的协作提出了很高的要求。各个总包商都在施工现场临时办公室设立了计算机办公网络用于办公需要,同时也建立了与总部的电信专线系统,但是大部分公司仅用于数据的传输,如何更好的利用专线系统为工程项目服务成为大家都在探索的一个方向,IP电话(VoIP)技术恰好给了我们一个很好的选择。
     本文对基于IP分组技术的电话系统进行了系统的介绍,针对目前流行的各种IP电话技术提出了一定的见解,涵盖了从IP电话原理、语音编码、VoIP关键技术、到组建IP电话系统的问题等。
     本文基于中国寰球工程公司项目电话系统,提供了一套将IP电话系统应用到建筑、化工等领域的工程公司的解决方案。
     同时通过此系统在寰球公司的成功部署,证明本文提出的应用模式具有良好的实际应用价值。
Softswitch technology is the next generation network (NGN) core technology, and the soft-switch technology is the current hotspot of VoIP technology and applications, the communication based on packet switching technology was widely concerned since it's birth, Particularly as economic development, more and more enterprises set up branches in various places, and set up a dedicated data transmission network. How to make better use of data networks for each enterprise is the focus of attention by the application of IT. IP telephony technology and next generation network NGN given us a better future.
     Information systems are an engineering company's infrastructure, the company should meet all the demands. Information technology should be used in the works at various stages of the EPC, especially networking, telecommunications, multimedia, database and the other technologies.
     With China's rapid economic development in recent years in domestic construction of large petrochemical project are many, because the project involves the design, procurement, construction, and other professionals, professional collaboration between the proposed was highly demanded. Computer network and dedicated line system were established to meet the requirement in the temporary offices of construction site, but data transmission was the main purpose for these companies, how to find a better system to ultilized this network for the project is a direction we are exploring, IP telephony (VoIP) technology is a very good choice.
     This article is based on IP technology division of the telephone system, the view of the current epidemic of IP telephony technology to a certain opinion, covers the principles of the IP telephony, voice coding, VoIP key technologies, to set up IP telephone system.
     Based on the HQCEC projects phone system, will provide a solution of IP telephone system applied to the construction, chemical engineering companies in areas.
     At the same time, this system is successful deployed in China Huanqiu Contracting&Engineering Coroperation. Which indicates that the application of this model has a good practical value.
