中国移动BOSS中融合计费系统漫游计费处理子系统的设计与实现

摘要
随着3G时代的到来,业务层出不穷。因此对于BOSS系统中的计费系统就要求能够支撑更多业务,更加灵活的全业务融合计费。全业务融合计费需要实现语音、数据、增值业务、内容业务的融合计费,支持各种业务的交叉优惠和捆绑。按照融合计费功能域的划分,融合计费主要分为两个部分：本地融合计费和漫游计费处理。漫游计费处理需要处理外省或国外漫游用户在本省的全部业务话单,其中包括语音,短信,GPRS,增值业务话单等四大类的话单,并且根据相关业务的资费标准对用户使用的业务进行计费,然后按照具体的业务划分形成各自的规范文件上传给总部支撑系统。保证漫游用户的欠费风险控制,降低或消除由于漫游话单处理不及时而导致用户恶意欠费,坏账增加等行为,最大限度的避免这些问题是有效保障收入的基础,因此漫游计费处理子系统在整个BOSS系统中具有一定重要的地位。
本文介绍了漫游计费处理软件的设计和研发,它是中国移动业务运营支撑系统中融合计费的一部分功能,论文介绍了软件的应用背景和相关的业务知识,分析了软件应用的需求重点,说明了程序的设计过程和测试方法。漫游计费处理软件是采用C语言编写,采用多线程技术并在UNIX平台下运行,使用oracle数据库接口访问保存在数据库中的相关数据,通过文本格式的配置文件程序能够处理相应的业务逻辑而无须调整代码。程序经过全面而细致的测试符合相关的要求后,在两个工程项目中成功实施上线并准确而高效的在实际应用环境中运行。
新软件的高度配置化和灵活性为快速而便捷的响应实际业务变更或扩充的需要,能最大限度的降低因为业务变更而带来的软件修改时间和成本,为运营商更好,更快的业务推广提供了强有力的支撑。

Need full service convergent billing for voice, data, value-added services, converged billing content business, supports a variety of business deals and bundled cross. Functional domains in accordance with the division of convergent billing, convergent billing is divided into two parts:local integration of billing and roaming billing processing. Roaming billing processing to deal with roaming users from other provinces or abroad, all operations in the province if single, including voice, SMS, GPRS, value-added services such as single words, then a single four categories, and rates in accordance with relevant business users to use the business standard for billing, and follow the specific business of the specification file upload form their own support system to the headquarters. Roaming user's arrears to ensure risk control, reduce or eliminate roaming deal if one does not lead to timely and malicious users arrears, bad debts increase in such acts, the maximum effective protection to avoid these problems is the basis of income, so roaming billing processing sub-system in the BOSS system has some important position.
This paper describes the design and development of my roaming billing processing software,, the paper describes the background and related software applications business knowledge, analysis of the demand for software applications focus, describes the design process and testing methods.Roaming billing processing software is written using C language, multi-threading technology and run under the UNIX platform, using oracle database interface to access the stored data in the database, configuration files in text format through the program can handle without the appropriate business logic adjust the code.After a comprehensive and detailed procedures for testing compliance with relevant requirements, the two projects and the successful implementation of accurate and efficient on-line in the practical application environment.
Configuration of new software and a high degree of flexibility for quick and convenient response to actual business needs change or expand, to maximize the reduction of operational changes because of changes to the software brought time and cost for operators to better and faster business promotion provides a strong support.
