基于移动通信网的遥测遥控系统分机及接口的研究及实现

摘要
随着GSM(Global System for Mobile communication)移动通信网络的迅速普及和竞争的日益激烈,新技术和新业务的开发和应用已经提到一个十分重要的位置。短消息业务(SMS)作为GSM网络的一种基本业务,已得到越来越多的系统运营商和系统开发商的重视,基于这种业务的各种应用也蓬勃发展起来。
     论文以温度监控为例设计了一种基于短消息业务的遥测遥控系统分机,设计的目标是完成温度信息的采集、数据的传送与接收以及对主机命令响应。
     分机以GSM网络作为远程信号的传输平台,信息的传输方式为Text模式的短消息,短消息的接收和发送是通过AT指令来实现的。
     硬件设计分为两个部分—温度采集和信息收发:温度采集部分由一线总线型温度传感器DS18B20和单片机SPCE061A构成,通过将多个DS18B20并接在一起组成温度传感器网络来采集不同点的温度,在单片机内存储温度;信息收发部分包括单片机和GSM模块TC35i,TC35i负责接收和发送短消息,单片机在发送时将欲传输的数据进行编码,接收时对消息内容进行分析并完成相应操作。
     软件设计通过标准C语言和凌阳汇编语言相结合的方式,完成了DS18B20初始化、温度数据采集、数据或控制命令发送,短消息接收与分析等程序的设计工作。
     实验证明基于GSM网络短消息的遥测遥控系统在数据传输的可靠性上得到了提高,与其它无线遥测遥控系统相比,在组建网络、维护等方面费用明显降低。
Along with the rapid popularization and furious competition of the GSM network, study and application of new technology and new operation have been advanced to a quite important position. SMS which is a basic service of GSM network has been adverted by more and more system operator and developer, and many kinds of applications based on this service have been rapid developed.
     This paper takes the temperature for example to design a telemetry and command system extension based on the short message service. The aim of design is to complete functions such as temperature collection, data transmission or receiving and response to the command of the master computer.
     In the extension GSM network is a medium for transmitting the remote signal The mode used to transmit information is the TEXT mode of the short message service. Transmitting and receiving SMS is realized by using AT command.
     The hardware design divides into two main parts-temperature collection and the data transmission or receiving. In the part of temperature collection the 1-wire bus temperature sensor called DS18B20 and the MCU called SPCE061A are used to complete the function. Many temperature sensors connect together in parallel mode to constitute a network which used to collect the temperature in different locations.SPCE061A is used to store these temperature; The data transmission or receiving part is made up of by a MCU and a GSM mode called TC35i.The GSM mode is used to receive or transmit the short message while the MCU is used to code or decode the short message and complete operations accord with the short message received.
     C-language and assemble language are both used during the software design and functions are completed for example the DS18B20 initialization, temperature collection the information receiving and transmission etc.
     The result proves the telemetry and command system based on the mobile communication short message service improved the data transformation’s reliability. Compared with the other wireless telemetry and command systems, the costs of making up and upholding the network is reduced.
