基于EXTEND仿真的炼钢生产物流优化研究

摘要
面对当前中国钢铁产能过剩的局面,如何提高钢铁企业的竞争力成为关键。炼钢生产过程是现代钢铁制造的核心工序,具有多工序、间歇与连续作业方式相混杂的多阶段流程式生产过程,是一个多段生产、多段运输、多段存储、地面与空中交叉运输、多维物流过程的复杂混合动态系统。对炼钢生产物流进行研究有助于优化炼钢生产作业计划,从而提高设备利用率、降低成本以及提高企业竞争力。本文应用系统仿真的方法对炼钢生产物流进行分析研究。
     EXTEND仿真软件是一款可对离散和连续事件系统仿真的高灵活性、高可扩展性仿真平台;具有交互性、可重复使用性、规模性、可视性、连接性、可扩展性、得到第三方开发支持等特点,自推出以来,该软件在国内外的应用领域十分广泛。该软件为不同层次的建模者提供了多种工具,用这些工具可以高效地建立精准、可信、有用的模型。目前在国内钢铁领域宝钢铁路网的规划应用了该软件,本文在分析炼钢生产物流特点的基础上,将EXTEND应用于炼钢生产物流仿真建模并以攀钢炼钢生产物流为例,利用EXTEND的Evolutionary Optimizer优化器对炼钢生产物流优化进行研究分析。
     研究工作表明:在仿真建模的过程中,EXTEND软件的模块化、拖拉式以及层级化等特点对复杂物流系统的仿真建模效率有了很大提高。建立的炼钢生产物流仿真模型具有良好的扩展性和二次开发能力。通过对仿真结果的分析表明,基于EXTEND的炼钢生产物流仿真模型的各项数据流运行正常,仿真优化制定的炼钢生产作业计划将炉次平均物流时间较生产实绩缩短了4.76%,仿真系统可用于辅助决策复杂炼钢生产过程的物流分析及炼钢生产作业计划的制定;EXTEND软件为炼钢生产物流的建模仿真研究提供了一种新的方法与手段。
Faced with the situation of current Chinese steel productivity excess, it will be a a key on how to raise the competition ability for domestic steel enterprises.Steelmaking is a corl process for modern steel production,which is a multi-step flow process that has many characteristics including multi-process,mixing by intermittent and continuous,furthermore,it is a complex mixed dynamic system which has multi-stage on production,convey, storage and intersecting parallels traffic between ground and air.It is helpful to optimize the manufacture process by studing on production logistics in steelmaking,so as to improve the equipment utilization and reduce the cost ,and finally, increasing enterprise's competitive power effectively.This paper study on the logistics in steelmaking process based on system simulation.
     EXTEND is a simulation platform software with high flexibility and expansibility which could simulate the discrete and continous system.It has lots of advantages including interaction, used repeatedly, scope, visibility, connectivity, scalability and technical support by the company,consequently,it is used widely at home and abroad.The user could build accurate and trusted model efficiently by the tools in the software.At present,there is a application in iron and steel domain that is the railway planning in Baosteel company.This paper used EXTEND software in building the model of steelmaking logistics on condition analyzing its characteristic.Then made the the Steelmaking Plant of Panzhihua Iron and Steel Corporation for example that study on the logistics optimize in steelmaking process based on the block of Evolutionary Optimizer in EXTEND software .
     It has been shown that: EXTEND could make the process of modeling to complex logistics system efficiently because of its modularization and hierarchical.The system of steelmaking logistics has excellent ability to EXTEND and secondary development.The results of simulating experiment shows:all of the data flow of the system which is modeled by EXTEND is in the normal.The production plan optimized by the evolutionary reduce the average time by 4.76% compared to the practical production.The simulation system could used to analysis the complex logistics and make the production plan by assistant decision-making in steelmaking process.
