高等职业技术院校思想政治工作特色研究

摘要
高职教育作为我国高等教育的重要类型，在近几年有了长足的发
展，到了2001年5月，我国已有488所高等职业技术院校。随着高职
教育的发展，它的人才培养目标、培养模式、办学模式都发生了巨大
的变化。这些变化要求高等职业技术院校思想政治工作作出调整并与
之相适应。本文从高等职业教育的实际出发，以普通高等教育思想政
治工作为参照系，对高等职业教育思想政治工作的新情况、新特点从
客观上进行系统地研究，努力探索新时代高等职业技术院校思想政治
工作特色，以便对高等职业教育思想政治工作实践起到促进作用。
The senior
professional education, as most important one of the higher education in our country, has gained long-step development in the recent years. Until May 200 l,out country had 488 senior professional technical colleges. With the development of senior professional education, great changes have taken place for its training aim and model and its way of running school. All these require senior professional technical colleges to make changes on ideological and political work accordingly. This paper, in the light of ideological and political work of senior professional education, comparing with ideological and political work of conimon higher education attempt to systematically and objectively analyze the new situation and features of the ideological and political work of the senior professional education, and probe the features of the ideological and political work for the senior professional education in the new age, to establish a fine operating mechanism of the concerning senior professional education, producing a guidance to the reality of the ideological and political work and enlightenment for ideological
and political work.
展，到了2001年5月，我国已有488所高等职业技术院校。随着高职
教育的发展，它的人才培养目标、培养模式、办学模式都发生了巨大
的变化。这些变化要求高等职业技术院校思想政治工作作出调整并与
之相适应。本文从高等职业教育的实际出发，以普通高等教育思想政
治工作为参照系，对高等职业教育思想政治工作的新情况、新特点从
客观上进行系统地研究，努力探索新时代高等职业技术院校思想政治
工作特色，以便对高等职业教育思想政治工作实践起到促进作用。
