组织知识管理中的知识超网络研究

摘要
随着经济发展和社会进步,知识已经成为组织生存和发展的最重要资源,组织知识管理也成为组织发展的核心战略之一。组织知识管理不仅涉及组织的知识对象,还涉及作为知识载体和知识主体的人以及作为知识载体的物质载体。知识与知识之间、人与人之间、物质载体与物质载体之间存在着大量的相互联系,特别是三者之间相互交织在一起,形成了非常复杂的体系。本文将就如何表示这种复杂的组织知识体系,如何分析其状况和特性,如何把理论研究成果应用于实际的组织知识管理等问题展开研究。
     针对组织知识体系的上述特点,本文利用知识超网络模型表示组织知识体系的结构关系。界定了知识超网络的概念,分析了他的性质,并利用知识超网络及其性质研究解决组织知识管理中的一些实际问题的理论和方法。本文的主要工作及创新包含以下几个部分:
     第一,界定了知识超网络的概念。根据组织知识体系的特点,提出利用知识超网络描述组织知识体系。界定了知识超网络的概念:由知识元网络、知识载体网络(包括:人员网络和物质载体网络)的一种或全部以及他们之间的相互关系所组成的超网络。指出知识超网络是一种包含不同性质结点和不同性质关系,即异质结点和异质关系的复杂网络。进一步研究了知识超网络的性质,以及知识超网络中知识载体的知识表示和相似度计算问题。
     第二,研究了利用知识超网络及其性质分析组织知识状况的方法。包括:利用知识元网络分析组织知识的性质;利用知识超网络中知识元到人员的映射关系,将组织知识分类成专有知识、共有知识以及专有领域、共有领域,据此了解组织知识的分类情况;利用不同阶段的知识超网络中知识元到人员的映射关系,分析知识被人员拥有的动态情况。
     第三,研究了利用知识超网络及其性质分析改善组织知识结构的方法。人才培养和人才引进是改善组织知识结构的主要方法。包括:利用知识超网络及其性质,确定组织知识中的专有知识和专有领域,将专有知识、专有领域以及组织中不存在但需要的知识,确定为组织需要的知识;利用知识载体的相似度算法,计算组织需要知识与每个人员知识的相似度,相似度高者被确定为人才培养和人才引进的人选。
     第四,研究了利用知识超网络及其性质分析知识载体分类的方法。组织知识管理中经常会对知识载体进行分类,如人员分组、文档分类等。包括:利用知识超网络及其性质,研究依据知识对知识载体进行分类的方法;研究在知识载体分类过程中获得更多有价值信息(如:交叉知识载体和交叉类)的方法。并分别结合具体实例对上述研究的模型和方法进行验证。
With the economic development and social progress,knowledge has become the most important organizational resource,and knowledge management has become one of the organizational core strategies.Knowledge resources of organizational knowledge management involve not only organizational knowledge,but also the organizational persons as knowledge carrier and knowledge mainbody and the organizational material carriers as knowledge carrier.There are substantive relations in organizational knowledge, organizational persons and organizational material carriers,and these relations and the three knowledge resources form a very complex system.The main researches of this article is on how to express such a complex organizational knowledge system,how to analyze its situation and characteristics,how to put theoretical research results used in practical questions of organizational knowledge management.
     Because of the above characteristics of organizational knowledge system,this paper uses knowledge supernetwork to express organizational knowledge system.And then this paper defines knowledge supernetwrok,analyzes its characteristics,and researches the theories and methods of using knowledge supernetwork to solve some practical problems in organizational knowledge management.The results and achievements can be summarized as follows:
     (1) Definition of knowledge supernetwork.According to the characteristics of organizational knowledge system,use knowledge supernetwork to describe it.Define the knowledge supernetwork is the supernetwork that composed of knowledge elements network, the one or all of knowledge carrier networks(including network and material carrier network), and their relations.Point out that the knowledge supernetwork is the complex network containing different types of nodes and different types of relationship.Further study the characteristics of knowledge supernetwork,as well as knowledge representation and similarity algorithm of knowledge carriers in knowledge supernetwork.
     (2) Study the method of using knowledge supernetwork and its characteristics to analyze organizational knowledge situation.Include:use knowledge elements network to analyze the characteristics of organizational knowledge;use the mapping relations from knowledge elements to persons to classify organizational knowledge;use the mapping relations from knowledge elements to persons in the different stages of knowledge supernetwork to analyze the owned dynamic of organizational knowledge.
     (3) Study the approach of using knowledge supernetwork and its characteristics to improve the organizational knowledge structure.Personnel training and talent introduction are the main methods to improve the organizational knowledge structure.Include:use knowledge supernetwork and its characteristics to determine organizational exclusive knowledge and exclusive domains,grant exclusive knowledge,exclusive domains and the knowledge not existing but required by organization as organizational needed knowledge;use knowledge carrier similarity algorithm to calculate the similarity of organizational needed knowledge and the knowledge of each person,and identify the person with high similarity as the person to be selected of personnel training and talent introduction.
     (4) Study the approach of using knowledge supernetwork and its characteristics to analyze knowledge carriers' classification.Knowledge carriers' classification often is used in organizational knowledge management,such as persons grouping or documents classification. Include:use knowledge supernetwork and its characteristics to research the method to classify knowledge carriers by their knowledge;research the method to get more valuable information in the process of knowledge carriers' classification,such as cross-knowledge-carrier and cross-category.
