多控制系统数据集成技术的研究及其应用

摘要
网络技术的发展,引发了控制领域的深刻技术变革。控制系统结构沿着网络化方向与控制系统体系沿着开放性方向发展将是控制系统技术创新的大潮流,信息集成系统由此应运而生。在系统实现过程中的首要难点就是异类控制系统间的数据集成,本文针对该课题进行了深入地研究。
    本文首先讨论了信息集成系统的功能结构,对信息集成系统给出完整的描述和定义。其次,就数据集成的主要目的和工作内容进行了详细解释。再次,针对数据集成、交互过程中的技术难点提出了各种解决方案,这其中既包括DDE、WinSock、ODBC等传统的技术,又包括新兴的OPC技术。在随后的四章中,对于每种技术都进行了独立、系统的讨论和研究,详尽分析了各自的原理、思路和实施步骤;再根据应用实例和实验,结合典型的工业控制系统,给出了各种技术的一些具体应用;之后,总结了各自的技术特点和适用的场合。
    最后一章里提出了一个多控制系统集成的通用模型。结合以上多种的数据集成技术,采用B/S/C(Browse/Server/Collection)结构,成功实现了异构控制系统间的数据集成和实时数据的网络发布,初步搭建了工厂的信息集成系统。将此模型应用到某企业信息管理系统改造工程实践中,满足了工厂的实际生产需要。投运以后,运行稳定,创造了良好的经济效益。
With the development of Web technique, a profound revolution is taken place in the control field. The control system develops in the direction of Intranet structure and has the feature of opening, which is the trend of control system. Therefore the integrated information system is appeared. During the realization of the system, the most important and difficult point is data integration in different control systems. The paper studies this topic deeply.
    Firstly, the functions and structures of integrated information system are discussed, based on which an integral description about this system is given. Secondly, the purposes and functions of data integration are interpreted. Thirdly, all kinds of solutions for the difficulties of data exchange and integration are proposed, which not only include the traditional technology, such as DDE、WinSock 、ODBC etc, also include the new technology —— OPC. In the following chapters, every technique is studied independently and systematically. To every technique, its principle and methods and steps of realization are analysed; according to the application and research, combined with typical control system, the specific application is demonstrated. On the base of them, the character of each technique and the place they fitted for is concluded.
    In the end of paper, a model of integration with many control system is proposed. On the basis of the structure of B/S/C and comprehensive application of many techniques talked about above, an integrated information system is preliminarily realized. Then, a management information system in an enterprise is successfully established by the application of the module. The system not only fulfils the need of manufacture in the factory but also brings good benefit after being put into production.
