企业整合创新战略与核心竞争力关系研究

摘要
长期以来,很多企业只注重技术创新,但这只是企业创新的初级阶段。从科技和经济结合的内在要求来看,技术的研发往往因为缺乏明确的市场导向,缺乏和其它相关要素的衔接,很难形成有市场竞争力的产品。而环境的动荡、竞争的激烈和顾客需求的变化都需要企业进行全方位的竞争,比竞争对手以更快速度响应顾客全方位的需求,这就不仅要求企业技术创新,而且必须采取整合创新,把企业不同创新要素的创新能力、创新实践、创新流程和竞争力整合在一起,从而形成企业新的核心竞争力,确保企业的竞争优势。基于此,本文提出了整合创新的战略发展模式。整合创新是指以一种创新为核心对企业各方面创新工作进行的一种创造性的融合,从而形成企业的核心竞争力。
     本文在回顾国内外对企业创新、企业核心竞争力等相关研究成果的基础上,提出了以文化创新为核心、技术创新为支撑、管理创新为保障、知识创新为推动力的整合创新体系,并通过整合创新体系形成对企业核心竞争力的传导路径与促进机制;在此基础上,从技术创新、管理创新、文化创新、知识创新四大层面与核心竞争力的关系进行了系统分析,以此为依据,提出了中国企业如何通过技术创新、管理创新、文化创新、知识创新来提升企业的核心竞争力的具体对策建议;最后,对锦西天然气化工有限责任公司通过整合创新战略提升企业核心竞争力,进行了案例分析。
     通过本文的研究,一方面,是对企业创新战略与企业核心竞争力关系的理论探索,另一方面,为我国企业在参与国际竞争中通过创新机制来推进企业核心竞争力的培育,提升企业竞争力,提供了科学的理论基础和实践指导。因此,本文的研究,无论是在理论发展层面,还是在具体的执行操作层面,都具有重要的作用与价值。
A long time, many companies focus only on technological innovation, but this is only the initial stage of innovative enterprises. From the combination of technology and the inherent requirement of the economy, the technology research and development is often due to the lack of a clear market orientation, and other related elements of the lack of convergence, it is difficult to form a competitive products market. Turbulent environment, intense competition and changes in customer demands require companies to conduct all-round competition, faster than competitors in response to customer demand for all-round, which requires not only technological innovation, and innovation must be taken to integrate, innovation in enterprises of different elements of creativity, innovation, innovation processes and competitiveness together to form the new core business competitiveness, to ensure that the enterprise's competitive edge. Based on this, this paper presents the development of innovative strategies to integrate mode. Refers to the integration of innovation as the core of an innovative corporate work of all aspects of innovation as a creative integration,to form the core of enterprise competitiveness.
     In reviewing this article on innovation at home and abroad, the core competitiveness of enterprises and other related research on the basis of a culture of innovation at the core, to support technological innovation, management innovation, security, knowledge and innovation as the driving force behind the integration of innovation systems, and innovation system by integrating the formation of the core competitiveness of enterprises and promoting the path of the conduction mechanism model of innovation and development of enterprises; On this basis, from technological innovation, management innovation and cultural innovation, knowledge innovation and the core of the four dimensions of the relationship between competitiveness and foster systematic analysis of ways, as a basis for how to make Chinese enterprises through technological innovation, management innovation and cultural innovation, knowledge innovation to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises of the specific measures proposed; Finally, taking Jinxi Natural Gas Chemical Co., Ltd (JNGCC) as an example to analysis the way of fostering corporate core competitiveness.
     Through the study of this article, on the one hand, the innovation strategy of enterprises with core competitiveness of enterprises to explore the relationship between theory, research and innovation is the enterprise's core competitiveness of enterprise applications research in the theory of the expansion of areas of research; On the other hand, for Chinese enterprises in the participate in international competition, through innovative mechanisms to promote the core competitiveness of enterprises to nurture and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, provides a scientific theoretical basis and practical guidance. Therefore, this study,regardless of the development dimension in the theory or the implementation of specific operational level, have an important role and value.
