高层综合体底部商业空间设计探析

摘要
高层综合体底部商业空间是当代多元化商业空间环境中的重要形式之一，近二十年来在我国各大城市中不断涌现，并创造了许多使人振奋的空间佳例，大大丰富了我国城市的商业空间形态，对城市功能的现代化和国际化起到了重要的推动作用，研究其空间及环境设计方面的问题具有很强的现实意义和历史意义。
本课题的研究旨在为创造美好宜人的高层建筑综合体底部商业空间提供可操作性的设计方法，并完善其设计理论，以期对我国高层建筑综合体底部商业空间的设计有所裨益。
文章首先从高层综合体底部商业空间概念的界定入手，在明确高层建筑综合体及其底部商业空间内涵的基础上，对高层综合体及其底部商业空间在世界及中国范围内的发展历史及发展中出现的问题做一个简明的阐述，然后对高层综合体底部商业空间的空间及环境设计结合具体实例进行归纳总结，最后对高层综合体底部商业空间未来的发展趋势及设计倾向进行了分析及展望。
高层综合体底部商业空间的构成与环境的设计研究是论文重点。文章就高层综合体底部商业空间的构成、空间组织方式及设计特点、环境构成要素及设计特点、设计手法等问题进行了详细而全面的论述，并探讨了高层综合体底部商业空间的空间及环境设计方面的一些规律和需要注意的问题。
本文虽然是论述高层综合体底部商业空间的空间处理及环境设计问题，但同时对其它种类的商业空间及环境设计也有参考作用，城市商业空间的发展趋势是有共通性的，本文对其空间及环境进行深层结构的研究，以期为今后相关的设计提供一些理论依据和实证参考应用价值。
The bottom commercial space of the skyscraper synthesis is one of the importants form in the commercial space environment of contemporary pluralism, have emerged constantly in every large city of our country in the past 20 years, And have created a lot of good spaces example of making people inspire, also the commercial space form of the city of our country abundant greatly, playing a important role to the modernization and internationalization of the urban function, studying its question of designing of the space and environment has very strong realistic meaning and historic significance.
Research of subject this aim at for create bright pleasant skyscraper synthesis bottom commercial space offer design method of effectiveness and perfect its design theory, expect to be helpful to the design of the space of bottom commerce of synthesis of skyscraper of our country.
The article is starting with since defining of bottom commercial space concept of skyscraper synthesis at first, on the basis of defining the skyscraper synthesis and bottom commercial space intension, Do a concise exposition to the question appearing in the skyscraper synthesis and bottom commercial space developing history and development within the range of world and Chinese on the senior level, and then sum up to summarize to the space and environment design of the bottom commercial space of skyscraper synthesis combine instance concrete, at last the development trend and designing inclining to be been analysed and prospect in the future to the bottom commercial space of the skyscraper synthesis.
The composition of the bottom commercial space of the skyscraper synthesis and design research of the environment are focals point of theses. The article describe the composition of the bottom commercial space of the skyscraper synthesis、the way of space organizes and the characteristic of designs、the key element of the forms and the characteristic of designs in environment、the design tactics etc, so that reader design to the skyscraper synthesis bottom commercial space and environment of space respect need question that notice have one assurance and clear understanding of whole.
Though thesis expound the fact on the skyscraper synthesis bottom commercial space of space deal with and environment design problem, but have function of consulting on the commercial space and environment of other kind to design at the same time. The development trend of the commercial space of city has quality applicable to all, this text carries on the research of the deep structure to its space and environment, hope to put forward some theoretical foundations and instance analyses for the design in the future.
