基于关键成功因素的企业战略绩效研究

摘要
随着经济和市场的日益全球化,企业所面临的外部环境越来越复杂,不确定因素也与日俱增。在这种背景下,企业为获取持续竞争优势,培育核心竞争力,提升企业的绩效,纷纷导入战略性绩效管理体系。建立战略绩效管理体系作为提升企业绩效一个重要途径已为众多企业所重视。而关键成功因素与产业环境以及市场联系紧密,能够及时反映出企业竞争环境的变化。因此,对关键成功因素的关注和研究能够为管理者构建、实施以及调整战略绩效体系找到依据。
     本文重点研究了如何从关键成功因素的角度建立一整套战略绩效管理体系的问题。本文分为6章。第1章绪论主要对本文所研究的问题进行概述。阐述了课题的来源、研究的目的和意义;国内外对战略绩效管理的研究现状等;明确了论文的主要研究思路和方法。
     第2章着重对战略绩效管理的相关理论进行阐述。首先对其内涵进行了界定。其次,介绍并分析了几种战略绩效管理工具,其中重点介绍了平衡计分卡和关键绩效指标这两种较具代表性的工具。最后,引入关键成功因素的概念、介绍了它的特性以及确认的方法,为下面的运用做好铺垫。
     第3章分析了当前战略绩效管理的现状以及存在的主要问题。为本文研究的问题找到解决的思路和突破口,同时也说明了本研究具有的现实意义。
     第4章探讨基于关键成功因素的战略绩效管理体系的构建。这是文章的主体也是创新部分。主要包括战略绩效管理体系的构建原则,战略绩效体系的设计思路以及战略绩效一般框架和指标体系的形成。
     第5章讨论了基于关键成功因素的战略绩效体系在实际企业中的应用。在对H公司的现状和行业分析的基础上,介绍了战略绩效管理体系在H公司的建立过程,其中重点介绍了关键成功因素的识别过程以及指标体系的建立过程。
     第6章总结了本文在理论和实践分析中所得出的结论和论文的局限性,对未来研究的方向进行展望。
Along with the globalization of economy and market, enterprise faced by the external environment more and more complex, uncertain factors was growing. In this context, the enterprise for a sustainable competitive advantage and cultivate core competence, the promotion enterprise's performance, have import strategic performance management system. Establish strategic performance management system as an important way to promote enterprise performance for many enterprises already regarded. And the critical success factors and industrial environment and market closely related, can prompt reflect changes of enterprise competitive environment. Therefore, the critical success factors for the attention and research to construct, implementing and adjust managers find support strategic performance system.
     This paper focuses on how to from critical success factors Angle to establish a set of strategic performance management system. This article is divided into six chapters. The first chapter of this introduction summarized main research problems. Expounds the source, research topics of purpose and meaning; Strategic performance management at home and abroad research status, etc.; The main research papers clear thinking and method.
     Chapter 2 focuses on the related theory of strategic performance management was presented. Firstly, define its connotation. Secondly, introduces and analyzes several strategic performance management tools, of which mainly introduces the balanced scorecard and key performance indicators that two more representative tools. Finally, introducing the concept of critical success factors, introduces its characteristics and the validation methods, the use of the blackboard.
     Chapter 3 analyses the present situation of strategic performance management and the existing main problems. The problem for this study found the solution and a breakthrough, also explains this research has practical significance.
     Chapter 4 based on critical success factors discussed the strategic performance management system construction. This is the subject of part article is innovation. Mainly includes strategic performance management system construction principles, strategic performance system design ideas and strategic performance general framework and index system formation.
     Chapter 5 critical success factors are discussed based on the actual enterprise strategic performance in the application system. In the present situation of H company and industry on the basis of analysis, strategic performance management system is introduced in the process of establishing the H company, of which mainly introduces key success factors identification process and establishment of index system process. Chapter 6 summarized based on the theoretical and practical analysis of the conclusion and paper gains from the limitation, to the future direction of the research was discussed.
