烟丝原料配方立体仓库物流调度与库存控制

摘要
现代物流被认为是除降低资源消耗、提高劳动生产率以外的“第三方利润源泉”,而仓储是现代物流的重要组成部分,高效合理的仓储可以帮助烟草制造企业加快物资流动的速度、降低成本及保障生产的顺利进行。当前,烟草制造企业较多地采用了烟丝原料配方立体仓库进行烟丝配方原料的储存和出入库作业,为更好地发挥相应先进设备和技术的作用,本文对其运行过程中的物流调度和库存控制进行了相关研究。
     在对烟丝原料配方立体仓库的组成、作业流程等进行介绍、分析的基础上,计算了某烟丝原料配方立体仓库的出入库能力,分析了其存在的问题并对其输送系统进行了改造。改造后的烟丝原料配方立体仓库出入库作业时需要对AGV及其可选路径、巷道堆垛机及货位进行选择,在分析货位表示、巷道堆垛机作业形式和服务时间的基础上,通过基本假设和参数定义,建立了烟丝原料配方立体仓库AGV和巷道堆垛机联合调度模型,并给出了相应的遗传算法求解方法,通过具体实例对联合调度模型和求解方法进行了验证。
     在制丝线烟丝原料需求的基础上,针对该烟丝原料配方立体仓库的具体情况制定了相应的库存控制策略,从而建立了基于成本的库存控制模型并进行了求解,确定了合理的订货时间、库存检查周期以及定货数量。
     运用QUEST仿真软件对该烟丝原料配方立体仓库在上述AGV和巷道堆垛机联合调度及相应订货时间、定货数量策略下的运行过程进行了仿真,对AGV、巷道堆垛机等设备的出入库作业效率和利用率进行了分析。
Except reducing resources consumption and improving labor productivity, the modern logistics is deemed to "Third Profit Headspring", and storage is an important component of modern logistics. The rational and efficient storage can help tobacco manufacturing companies expedite the flow speed of materials, reduce the cost and ensure the manufacture to go on wheels. At present, the majority of tobacco manufacturing companies adopt AS/RS to store the tobacco formula raw material and to carry the goods into or out of the warehouse. To develop the function of corresponding advanced equipments and technologies, this thesis executed relevant researches on logistics scheduling and inventory controlling during its operation process.
     The discrepancy ability of a tobacco formula raw material AS/RS was calculated based on the introduction and analysis of its composition and operation process. Its existing problems and the improvement of the I/O transportation system was analyzed. When the transformed AS/RS was operated, the optimal selection of AGV and its optional route, lane stackers and goods' locations were necessary. This thesis established the combined scheduling model of AGVs and lane stackers on the basis of the representation of goods location, process and service times of lane stacker. The solution method of improvement for genetic algorithms under certain constraint conditions was also presented based on some basic hypothesis and parameter definitions. The combined scheduling model and the solution method were demonstrated.
     Then, this thesis made corresponding strategies of inventory controlling according to the specific requirement of the tobacco formula raw material AS/RS. The coat-based inventory controlling model was thus established and solved in ordor to determine the sound order time, inventory review cycle and order quantity.
     At last, this thesis used the QUEST software package to simulate the operation process of the tobacco formula raw material AS/RS under the combined scheduling of AGV and lane stacker and the corresponding strategies of order time and order quantity mentioned above. The operation efficiency of loading and unloading as well as the utilization of AGVand lane stackers were analyzed.
