培养研究型教师的高师素描教学研究

摘要
时代呼唤研究型美术教师,高师应将培养美术准教师自主学习、终生学习的习惯,提高教育教学研究能力作为教学目标,科学进行课程设置,切实进行研究性教学研究。
以高师美术主干基础课程素描课堂教学为例,根据素描课程教学目标、教学内容课堂和教学需要,依托高等师范美术院校文献资料室、图书馆以及网络数字资源等资料源对素描文献、信息、资料进行科学的、有机的适对整合,同时进行整理编篡,形成进阶性知识框架。根据奥苏伯尔的先行组织者教学理论和阿恩海姆的艺术与视知觉的完形理论,并运用当今现象学理论为学生提供素描图像的阐释,提供部分需检索查询的文献资料源,引导学生自觉、科学、高效支配和运用文献资料,为学生提供先验认知环境,以此展开探索与思考,提升课堂教学效率,促使学生学习呈现螺旋上升的态势,同时在教学过程中让学生直接体验“教”的角色,掌握研究性学习的方法,实现全面的有效教学。为后续研究新的素描教学体系作前期尝试,以提供可操作的研究型人才培养教学方法与模式。
按照课题研究的理想可作素描文献资料较全面的搜集和来源细目的编篡,这需要大量的时间和人力。由于论文写作周期的限制,形成了该课题研究的局限。因此本文根据素描预想进阶框架试图给出适对的理论上的素描文献对象,侧重点是论述选择和组织素描文献的思路、理由。
As the research-typed art teacher is of presently great need, the college and university should make scientific curricular arrangements and study the research-typed teaching with the aim to encourage the potential teachers to develop the autonomy and lifelong learning habits.
Take, for example, the sketch classroom teaching, one main basic course of teachers' college art teaching. Based on the corresponding teaching aims, contents and requirements, the progressive knowledge frame can be established through the scientific and organic combination, collation and compilation of the sketch literature, information and the resource coming from the college's reference room, library and the Internet resources. Under the theories of David Ausubel's advanced organizers, Rudolf Arnheim's Gestalt and interpretation from the perspective of the phenomenology, the learners can be guided to make active, scientific and effective use of the literature and hence conduct their research and reflection in the transcendental cognitive conditions. The model can undoubtedly result in the teaching efficiency's improving and the learners' study spiraling upwards. Therefore improve the students' teaching and researching abilities, meanwhile, to effectively carry out the overall teaching, such teaching course should enable the students to directly experience the roles of "teaching", master the research-typed learning methods. It's believed to be a premiere attempt of the future sketch teaching models, which is to achieve a practical teaching model and teaching methods for the training of the research-typed learners.
As far as the research is concerned, the overall collation of the sketch literature and the compilation of the resource lists require a lot of time and energy. But owing to the limits of the time, the paper determines the theoretical perspective of the sketch literature through the frame of preconceived developing sketch, and mainly focuses on the discussion of the thoughts and reasons of selecting and using the sketch literature.
