股价运行与相关因素的实证分析

摘要
中国的股票市场诞生于计划经济向市场经济转轨的特殊时期，所以中国的股票市场不可避免地带有“政策市”色彩，中国股市的股价运行也呈现出既不同于西方发达资本主义股票市场、也不同于新兴的发展中国家的市场特征，而呈现出所谓的“新兴+转轨”的市场特征。在金融全球化加速和中国加入WTO的今天，研究如何将中国股市尽快融入国际市场，已经成为每一个关注中国股市人士的责任。
本文对中国股市股价运行与相关因素的实证分析方面作出尝试。在分析中国股市股价运行的基本背景的基础上，综合运用现代金融理论、行为金融学、劳动价值理论和供求理论，提出了“价值中枢理论”，就股价运行与市场环境、市场主体(投资者)、市场客体(上市公司)的关系进行了实证分析，并用“价值中枢理论”对其进行修正和解释。运用实证研究的结论，对中国股市发展提出了展望与今后进一步研究的方向。
Stock market of China was born in the special period, which was translated from planned economy to market economy. So " policy market" is unavoidable. The operation of stock price appears the so-called market characteristic of" new developing and going through transition ", which was not only different from the west developed capitalist stock market but also different from new developing market. With the acceleration of financial globalization and the accession to the WTO, study on how Chinese stock market incorporate with the international market earnestly has already become everyone's responsibilities, wb has paid close attention to Chinese stock market.
This paper makes a try in evidence analysis of stock price operation of Chinese stock market with relevant factors. On the basic of analysis the foundation of background that china stock price operate, using modern financial theory, behavior finance study, labor value theory, supply and demand theory synthetically, the paper presents" value center theory", and goes on evidence analysis of market environment, market subject(investor) , market object( listed company). Then it revises and explains it with" value center theory ". Using the conclusion of research, the paper puts forward the prospect of China's stock market and the study direction in the future.
