基于DSP的两相异步电动机SVPWM控制的系统研究

摘要
本文研究了两相逆变器-异步电动机系统的SVPWM控制技术,该系统可以广泛应用于小功率、宽调速运行的场合。通过对电机基本方程进行Kron变换,建立了系统完整的数学模型。论文在分析国内外两相逆变器异步电动机的SVPWM控制基础上,提出四个电压矢量八个工作空间的SVPWM控制技术,推导了控制参数和计算公式,提出了使电机具有圆形旋转磁场的调制比优化方案,给出了实施本方案的逆变器功率管的导通顺序和逆变器的输出电压波形。编制了系统仿真程序,给出SVPWM控制,两相逆变器—异步电动机系统样机的电压、电流、转速、转矩仿真波形曲。并与采用其他控制方式,进行仿真结果比较。论证了本文提出的SVPWM控制技术在两相逆变器—异步电动机系统中明显地减小了电流谐波、转矩脉动。论文建立了基于DSP控制器的两相逆变器-异步电动机系统试验装置系统,系统由DSP控制器、控制电路、功率驱动电路、逆变器主电路、异步电动机等组成。完成了各工作区的SVPWM信号的生成,与理论实现一致。
In this paper, a novelty space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) technique for the two-phase inverter-fed asynchronous motors system is proposed, which can be widely employed in the low or middle power level field. Integrated mathematical model is set based on the whole system by Kron transform. On the base of analysis of the SVPWM controller for two-phase asynchronous motors in home and abroad, the SVPWM technique by using four space voltage vectors and divided eight sectors is advanced. The controller parameter and formulation are deduced. An optimized modulation index is proposed for the motor having rotary circle magnetic field. Meanwhile, the Switching Sequence is determined and the waveforms of the output voltage of the two-phase inverter are shown. Simulator program is designed and the simulated waveforms of the voltages, currents, speed and torque are shown using this method of SVPWM. Through compared with other methods, this novelty technique can reduce the torque ripple and minimize the ripple content of the out currents. The system of experiment consists of DSP controller, power drive device, inverter-fed device, and a low power tow-phase induction motor. The experimental SVPWM signals every sector is shown and consistent with the theory.
