鹤壁万和火力发电厂建设项目后评价

摘要
火电项目后评价是火电项目建设的重要组成部分,它是以火电项目建成投产后的实际数据为基础,计算分析各项经济效益评价指标,为火电企业生产经营提供经济与财务决策依据,并为同类项目的决策和建设提供参考。本文首先探讨了一般项目后评价及火电项目经济效益后评价的一般理论和方法,通过实际调查分析建立了火电项目经济效益后评价指标体系,然后根据鹤壁万和电厂投产后的实际情况运用数据多种分析方法对该项目前评价与建成后实际数据进行了分析比较,在此基础上对该项目的经济效益进行了后评价研究。最后,本文总结了该项目建设过程中的经验教训和存在的问题,并提出了改进建议,具有很强的实用价值,对今后同类项目的决策、建设和经营具有很大的借鉴意义。
Project post-evaluation for fire power project is important part of fire power project. It based on actual data after fire project builded to analyzed post-evaluation indexes to provided economic and financial decision of the yield management for the fire power company managener. It is also useful to the same kind of construction projects. The paper first explained the general theory and method of post evaluation and put forward economic benefits post evaluation index system of power plant. Then according to the data that come from He bi power generating Co.,Ltd. to contrastively analyze the data of pre-evaluation and fact,based on this data to do a economic benefits post evaluate of this project. At last, we summary the experience and lesson in the building of this project; and then give some improve advices, it has a great useful value and also provide constructive reference of the same project in the process of making decision、building and running.
