基于OPC-XML的生产过程信息集成方法及应用研究

摘要
随着信息技术的发展,在企业生产过程中要求将生产过程监控系统和信息管理系统融为一体,实现信息一体化集成和资源共享,提高企业现代化管理水平。但企业信息管理与生产过程之间的“断层”,依然是许多企业发展的瓶颈,如何实现企业过程控制底层和应用层的信息集成,已成为企业信息化建设过程中的一个重要课题。因此,研究生产过程信息集成方法,具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。
     本文在分析生产过程信息集成方法研究现状的基础上,提出了一种基于OPC-XML的生产过程信息集成方法,该方法采用WebService技术,构建B/S(浏览器/服务器)结构的系统构架,实现了基于Web服务的生产过程数据访问和处理;依据OPC XML-DA 1.0规范,设计了基于OPC-XML的生产过程信息集成系统;在.NET平台上开发了OPC XML-DA服务器和客户端软件,并对系统的实时性和安全性进行了研究;最后将系统应用到某石化企业生产监测系统中,验证了该生产过程信息集成方法的可行性。
     实验结果表明,基于OPC-XML的生产过程信息集成方法可以很好地实现对底层数据的实时访问和远程监测,为企业更高层次的系统集成提供了基础,促进了企业综合自动化的实现。本文所开发的基于OPC-XML的生产过程信息集成系统,具有良好的开放性、可扩展性等特点,为流程工业底层生产过程控制和上层应用之间的信息集成提供了一种新的途径。
With the development of information technology, the integration of production process monitoring system and information management system is essential in the enterprise production process, which can realize information integration and resources sharing, and improve enterprise modern management level. However, the "gap" between enterprise information management and production process is still the bottleneck of the development of many enterprises. How to achieve information integration from the enterprise process control bottom layer to application layer has become an important problem in the process of enterprise information construction. Therefore, research on production process information integration method has theory significance and the practical application value.
     Based on analyzing present situation of production process information integration methods, a production process information integration method based on OPC-XML was proposed, in which method, a system architecture of B/S mode was designed by adopting Web Service technology to achieve production process data access and processing based on Web Service; according to OPC XML-DA version 1.0 specification, a production process information integration system based on OPC-XML was designed; an OPC XML-DA server and its corresponding client were developed on .NET platform, furthermore, the real-time and security performance of system were researched; finally, this system was applied in production monitoring system of one petrochemical enterprise to confirm feasibility of this production process information integration method.
     Experimental results show that the production process information integration method based on OPC-XML can achieve the function of data real-time access and remote detection on the bottom layer. It provides foundation for higher-level system integration of the enterprise, and promotes the realization of enterprise-integrated automation. This production process information integration system based on OPC-XML is open and extensible, and it provides a new way for information integration from bottom process control level to top application level.
