湖南丰业科技有限公司竞争战略研究

摘要
随着经济全球一体化的逐步形成,我国市场经济的不断深化,企业市场经济竞争的不断加剧,人们日益关注企业竞争战略研究。
     当前中国经济的高速发展使得工业窑炉得到了飞速成长的机会。特别是近年来,热工设备行业企业形势良好,政府和社会日益关注设备制造业,投资热情高涨,企业不断增加,竞争加剧。面对WTO严峻的竞争环境,丰业公司应该尽快建立适应环境变化和自身特点的竞争战略,依托优势资源,加快改革步伐和创新经营,提高自身竞争力,在激烈的竞争中实现可持续发展。
     本文通过对企业竞争战略的一般性研究,通过对丰业公司和行业主要竞争对手的现状的剖析,运用SWOT分析思路和PEST分析工具及波特的产业结构五种作用力模型,分析了丰业公司在企业外部环境中的机遇和威胁及内部资源和能力的优劣势,并进行了具体的归纳总结。提出了一套以工业窑炉市场为企业未来战略的主战场,以加强目标集聚战略,发展国际制造和对外营销、内部整合、品牌战略等为主要内容,以渐进式为实施方式的积极的丰业公司竞争战略。
     本文运用所学理论知识,结合自身实践,紧密围绕丰业公司及所在行业的现状、特点和发展前景进行分析和研究。此研究对丰业公司寻找发展、壮大的道路有重要的现实意义和指导作用。并可为许多同类中小型企业提供参考与借鉴。
With the progressive formation of the economic global integration, the continuous deepness of the market economy in our country and the unceasing increase of the market competition among the enterprises, the researches in enterprise competitive strategy are being paid more and more attention to.
     The persistent high speed of national economy's increase makes industry kiln and furnace spur on in our country. During recent years, great majority of kiln enterprise's economic condition has been improved, the enterprises has attracted widely attention from the society and government of all levels which leads to the promotion of the equipment and increases the industry investment to a great extent. It also leads to an unceasing rise in the number of manufacture businesses of equipment. Facing to the WTO , FERI should create the competitive strategy as fast as can to adapt to the environment variety and the characteristics of itself. Rely on the advantage resources, reform the step with itself competition ability of creative management, exaltation, and realizes to keep on the development in the vehemence.
     The article, Strategically, guided by normal theory of enterprise competitive strategy, comparing FERI with its main competitive opponents, attention to the SWOT , Social- Economic-Policy-Technical analysis and Porter's five forces model of industry structure to define the objective and to meet the socio -economic needs, analyses the effect factors in the outside environment and the resources of the businesses, mates the threats and opportunities of the outside surroundings with the superiorities and inferior positions of the businesses, and raises the competitive strategy of the FERI diversified undertakings, which is a active, reliable and creative one. According to the strategy, the FERI diversified undertakings will run their functions in the industry kiln and furnace market, which is their main fight field. The strategy, which will be operated step by step, contains objective focus, develop international manufacture and sale, inside arrangement, and brand strategies parts.
     The article research FERI and its industry's reality, character and perspective by using the theory and knowledge we learned, connecting the company's practice. The result of the article will be very important realism and supervise to FERI company's looking for the development way. It is also valuable to others similar middling-small enterprises who study their strategies in theory and in practice.
