城市滨水区景观整体性设计研究

摘要
城市滨水区是城市开发中的重要资源,在提高城市环境质量、丰富地域风貌等方面具有极为重要价值。如何对此进行有效地利用成为设计中的关键。本文从景观设计的角度出发,选取典型实例,分析国外城市滨水区再开发实践与研究的启示,总结滨水区开发的动因、特性、目标及我国城市滨水区开发建设的特征、问题与潜在危机。对国内外相关城市景观设计理论进行综述,在此基础上展开滨水区城市景观设计的多维度研究,探索滨水区景观整体性设计的价值观、内涵和基本思路。以城市景观设计整体性理论探索为基础,在临海市灵江河沿岸景观设计与开发中运用多维联系即整体性的设计思路,对设计原则和目标、多维度设计策略和综合性设计内容等进行系统论述,体现整体性设计思路对滨水区城市景观设计意义。
论文思考了滨水区城市景观设计的整体性意义,分析了滨水区设计的整体性、连续性、亲水性、传统延续性四个方面的相关理论和国内外案例。目的是要在城市滨水区景观开发过程中引入“多维与整体”的设计思路,突出城市滨水区建构“整体性”为主设计的价值观和基本内涵。并指出了“整体与多维”是现代滨水区景观设计作为一个整体性过程的意义所在,是真正成为控制与引导城市滨水区景观有序开发的手段。
最后基于对临海市灵江沿岸地区整体与多维设计的实践探索,把城市滨水区开发和设计的“长期性、综合性和多维度的整体过程”等特性以实际案例强化,具体化。使理论和实践相结合,并提出对下一步研究的建议。
Urban waterfront development in the city is an important resource in improving the quality of the urban environment, rich in areas such as geographical features of great value. How to conduct effective use of design has become the key. From the perspective of landscape design, select a typical example, the analysis of the foreign urban waterfront redevelopment practice and research of the Enlightenment, summed up the development of the waterfront motives, characteristics, objectives and China's urban waterfront development and construction characteristics, with the potential crisis. At home and abroad related to urban landscape design synthesis theory, based on this waterfront city landscape design of the multi-dimensional studies to explore the overall design of waterfront landscape values, meaning and basic ideas. To explore the theory of urban landscape design as a whole, based in Linhai along the Lingjiang's river landscape design and development in the use of multi-dimensional links that the overall design concept, design principles and objectives of the multi-dimensional design of a comprehensive strategy and design content A systematic exposition of ideas reflected in the overall design of urban waterfront landscape design sense.
Reflections on the paper waterfront urban landscape design of the overall significance of the analysis of the design of the waterfront as a whole, the continuity of hydrophilic, and the continuity of the traditional four areas of theory and related cases at home and abroad. The purpose is to develop urban waterfront landscape in the process of the introduction of "multi-dimensional and as a whole," the design to highlight the city waterfront building "holistic" design-oriented values and the basic content. And pointed out that the "multi-dimensional and as a whole" is a modern waterfront landscape design as a holistic process, the significance is that it is truly control and guide the urban landscape and orderly development of the waterfront resort.
Finally based on to Linhai Lingjiang coast area whole and multi-dimensionaldesign empirical study. The urban water district development and the design" long-term, comprehensive and the multi-dimension' s overall process" and soon characteristics strengthen, causes the theory and the practice unifies, andproposed that to suggestion which next step studies.
