选煤厂水雾除尘系统的研究

摘要
本篇论文在结合选煤厂的实际情况后,提出了在选煤厂给煤机处进行感应荷电水雾除尘。其优点在于既可以有效去除该处的粉尘,又可以在允许范围内增加原煤的含湿量,减少后续作业粉尘的产生。在总结和分析水雾除尘机理和感应荷电水雾除尘机理的基础上,利用煤的含湿量这一重要参数,建立了选煤厂荷电水雾除尘系统数学模型。选取合适的优化算法并利用程序语言对该数学模型进行了参数优化。利用C++builder软件编制出选煤厂荷电水雾除尘系统优化设计软件,方便客户直接利用该软件进行设计计算。并在实验室验证了优化结果的正确性。
After combining the actual conditions of selecting the coal works, this thesis proposed that carrying dust removal with reaction electrostatics droplets in places of coal feeder of selecting the coal works. Its advantage lies in not only removing dust of coal feeder effectively, but also increasing including wet quantity of raw coal in allowing the range, reducing the dust production of the follow-up homework. On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the droplets dust removal mechanism and reaction electrostatics droplets dust removal mechanism, utilizing the important parameter of including wet quantity of coal. Set up mathematics model of electrostatics droplets dust removal system for selecting the coal works. Choose the suitable optimization algorithm and utilize the procedure language to carry on the parameter to optimize to the mathematics model. Utilize C++builder software to work out systematic optimization design software of electrostatics droplets dust removal for selecting the coal works, helping the customer utilize this software to design calculating directly. And has proved the exactness of optimization results in the laboratory.
