辽宁省青少年篮球后备人才培养现状调查与研究

摘要
辽宁省位于中国东北地区,南临渤海与黄海是新中国工业崛起的摇篮。也是中国东北地区政治,经济、文化的中心。体育方面在全国具有举足轻重的地位。众多体育项目中,篮球项目是普及最好,最大众化的体育项目之一。篮球项目的发展与培养篮球竞技体育后备人才密不可分。但是,篮球项目多年来成绩不理想,后备人才的缺乏是导致成绩不理想的主要原因之一。所以科学化的培养体系有助于辽宁省青少年篮球后备人才的培养,是从根本上解决辽宁省篮球项目可持续发展的必经之路。
论文在撰写的过程中,依据本文的研究目的和意义对CNKI中国知网中涉及篮球后备人才的相关文献进行查阅,并大量参阅体育理论知识,针对性的分析中国蓝球后备人才培养现状的调查进行研究,找出我省青少年篮球后备人才在培养过程中所存在的问题。并运用了问卷调查法对辽宁省5市(沈阳、鞍山、大连、阜新、抚顺)并业余体育运动学校和大中学校的教练员50名,运动员共750名发放问卷进行调查,运用SPSS17.0统计软件进行数据统计、处理、分析。结论与建议如下
本文研究得出以下结论：(1)辽宁省青少年篮球教练员年龄结构较为合理,高校篮球教练的学历和职称普遍比较高,但是我省基层的篮球教练员多为退役运动员或师范类毕业生,文化水平还有待于进一步的提高。(2)辽宁省青少年篮球运动员开始接受正规训练的时间较早,参加训练时间较长,基本功较为扎实；参与篮球训练的主要动机将来升学和成为职业运动员,对教练员的训练态度和执教能力基本上比较认可。(3)教育系统和体育系统各自为战,彼此独立,教学与训练格格不入。(4)对于我国正处于市场经济高速发展阶段,我国竞技体育后备人才的培养也处于一个结构转型阶段。(5)辽宁省拥有雄厚的篮球后备人才,已经形成了良好的输送体系。(6)活动经费的投入多少直接影响到球队能否正常发展。(7)受我国现今不够成熟的培养体制下,我省在培养篮球后备人才的方式方法过于陈旧,但在相关部门统筹领导下,已经逐步转变。
建议：1培养篮球竞技后备人才的力度仍需加强,训练体制要向科学化不断完善。找出适合我国,国情的科学化后备人才培养框架。2教育部门和体育部门要加大合作力度,坚决贯彻“体教结合”的后备人才培养体制。3不断探究青少年篮球竞赛制度的规范化,改变原有双轨制的模式向学训同步培养模式发展。4科学化的选才应在各个部门得到足够的重视。5学校应加大对运动训练的软硬件建设。6保证运动员的训练和文化教育的连贯性。7保证运动员训练和文化教育的连贯性。8加大基层教练员的培养力度。9人才培养的经费应由政府与社会各界的共同分担来解决,单一由政府财政来分担会带来很大负担。
Liaoning province is located in the northeast of China region, south of Bo hai sea and yellow sea is the cradle of new China's industrial rise. Is also the Chinese northeast political, economic and cultural center. Sport has the pivotal status in the country. Many sports, basketball is a popular best, the most popular one of sports projects, the development and cultivation of basketball competitive sports reserve talented person are inseparable. But basketball scores is not ideal for many years, the lack of reserve talented person is a major cause of achievement is not ideal. So the cultivation of the scientific system helps to develop LiaoNing province youth basketball reserve talented person, fundamentally solve the path for the sustainable development of basketball in Liaoning province.
In the process of writing paper, according to the research purpose and content need, refer to the Chinese periodical database,1978-1978China Hownet, database of ten thousand, China to recognize Dr Library, China journal net, China sports magazine in Chinese core journal and journal of the national sports colleges about basketball reserve personnel training of the relevant literature, and refer to the physical education, training, athletes selection principle and method and psychology and so on information, retrieve reviewed related to basketball reserve personnel training, and to carry out the aspects of literature, around the current situation of basketball is basketball reserve personnel training mode in Liaoning province by investigation and analysis of the present situation of and existing problems of the content such as access to relevant information. Using the questionnaire survey to5cities in Liaoning province, Shenyang, Anshan, Dalian, Fuxin, Fushun) amateur sports schools and schools of coaches,50, a total of750athletes a questionnaire investigation, using SPSS17.0statistical software for data statistics, processing and analysis. Conclusions and recommendations are as follows:
In this paper, we study the following conclusions:(1) the youth basketball coaches age structure more reasonable, and in Liaoning province of college basketball coach of record of formal schooling and title is higher, but at the grass-roots level in our province basketball coaches for retired athletes or normal finish class graduates, more cultural level has yet to be further improved.(2) youth basketball athletes in Liaoning province began to receive formal training time early, attend training for a long time, the basic skills are solid; Participation in higher education and the motivation of basketball training in the future become a professional athlete:attitude to training of the coaches and coaching ability is essentially recognition in their own way (3) the education system and the sports system, independent of each other, teaching and training is out of step (4) in our country is in a stage of rapid development of market economy, our country athletics sports reserve talented person's raise is a transition phase.(5) the reserve basketball talents in Liaoning province has abundant, has formed a good transport system.(6) activities of how much can directly affect the team's normal development.(7), subject to the limit of the current China's sports system, the basketball reserve personnel training means and methods of Liaoning province is too old, but under the leadership of the relevant departments to plan as a whole, has been gradually shift.
Suggestion:1train basketball sports reserve talented person still needs to strengthen, scientific training system to improve. To find a suitable for our country, the situation of scientific backup talent cultivation framework.2department of education and sports departments should intensify cooperation and resolutely implement the "teaching" of reserve personnel training system.3continuously exploring teenagers basketball contest system scientifically, strengthen sports schools and general technology exchange between schools.4schools and sports schools should pay attention to the scientific selection;5schools should step up hardware and software construction of sports training.7in ensuring the stickiness of athletes training and culture education. Strengthen basic training of the coaches.9talents cultivation of funds by the government and the social from all walks of life should be Shared, single by government finance to share can make a big burden.
