有杆泵深抽技术在辽河油田深井开采中的应用研究

摘要
近年来,随着辽河油田油气资源的开发和利用,辽河油田面临资源接替紧张、稳产难度大等诸多问题。为此,我们必须找到新的开采方式和开发工艺来维持油田稳产。“油井深抽”作为一种改进的开发工艺在油田大规模应用,因此,我们必须系统地研究油井深抽的设计理论、研发与深抽配套的工具等,为现场油井深抽提供技术支持。
     文章通过调研,并结合辽河油田实际地质及生产条件得到了有杆泵深抽的工艺优化设计原则、有杆泵深抽设计计算等一套关于油井深抽的计算理论方法;并且对有杆泵深抽过程中所用的改进采油配套工具从设计计算、选材到中试试验进行了系统分析,为油田有杆深抽提供了理论计算依据和配套工具选择标准。同时,运用有杆泵深抽理论对雷62井进行实例计算,得到了优化的深抽管杆泵结构,提高了开发效果。兴隆台采油厂部分有杆深抽井实际开发效果也说明,文章提供的计算理论对现场生产具有很强的指导意义。
In recent years, with the development and utilization of oil and gas resources in Liaohe oilfield, Liaohe oilfield faces tight resource replacement, difficult production stable and many other difficult issues. Thus, we must find new mining ways and oilfield development process to maintain stable production. As an improved development process,“Deep well pumping”is widely used in the oilfield, therefore, we must study the design theory of deep pumping wells systematically and offer on-site technical support for deep pumping wells.
     By research, combined with the actual geological and Liaohe oil field production conditions, the optimization design principles for deep-rod pump pumping process and the calculation theoretical methods are obtained; then the improved supporting tools in the process of deep well pumping from the design calculations, material selection to pilot test are analyzed systematically, which provide a theoretical basis and supporting tool selection criteria for Deep pumping in the oilfield. At the same time, using the theory of rod deep pumping, well Lei62 was calculated and the tube and rod pump structure for deep pumping were optimized which improved the development effectiveness. The actual production of Xinglongtai oilfield also indicates that calculation theory this article offered has a great guiding significance for actual production.
