弱光及水杨酸钠对草莓叶片膜脂过氧化的影响

摘要
本试验以卡姆罗莎草莓苗(Fragaria ananassa Duch.cv.Camarosa)为试材,研究了不同光照强度(温室内正常光照、温室内遮荫)及不同弱光时间(1、2、3、4、5、6天),对温室内草莓生长的微环境因子(温度、相对湿度、光照强度等)、光合色素含量、叶片可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量以及膜保护酶活性等方面的影响。同时对草莓苗喷施不同浓度的水杨酸钠(0.05mmol/L、0.1mmol/L、0.2mmol/L)研究其对弱光下草莓生理指标、膜脂过氧化和膜保护酶(SOD、POD、CAT等)活性的影响。
     结果表明:弱光处理使草莓叶片的叶绿素含量增加,净光合速率下降,可溶性糖下降;在遮荫条件下,叶面喷施水杨酸钠可以提高叶片净光合速率和叶绿素含量,增强了光合机构对弱光的适应能力;喷施水杨酸钠还有利于叶片中可溶性糖含量的增加;同时,弱光下叶片MDA含量和膜保护酶活性也有变化,其中MDA含量和POD活性上升,CAT和SOD活性下降。与未喷施水杨酸钠的草莓相比,喷施水杨酸钠后,叶片中MDA的含量有所降低,表明水杨酸钠有利于减轻草莓叶片的膜脂过氧化水平。
Strawberries (Fragaria ananassa Duch. cv. Camarosa) were exposed with two levels of light intensity (normal light intensity, shading treatment)for one week. At the same time, Camarosa strawberries used as materials to test that the effect of plant growth regulator on the physiology in different concentration of sodium salicylate (Na-SA) (0.05 mmol/L, 0.1 mmol/L, 0.2 mmol/L) under different light intensity.
    The following results that the influence of poor light stress on the content of photochrome, the soluble protein and the activities of membrane protecting enzymes of strawberries in greenhouse was studies by whole-tree shading.
    Compared with unshaded control, the net photosynthesis rate of strawberry leaves under poor light stress were remarkably lower. In contrast, there was an increase of the content of soluble protein and the content of Chla, Chlb of strawberry leaves, The activity of membrane-protecting enzymes were affects by shading: the activity of POD increased when light intensity decreased, the activity of CAT and SOD showed the opposite trend. A remarkable increase of MDA, a product of membrane-lipid peroxidation, was also observed in strawberry leaves. The content of MDA of strawberry leaves which were sprayed Na-SA had higher than those without Na-SA application. This indicated that Na-SA can decrease the level of membrane-lipid peroxidation.
