旧水泥混凝土路面状况分析及沥青加铺层质量监控

摘要
近年来,随着道路交通量和汽车载重量的急剧增加,越来越多的高等级公路水泥混凝土路面出现了不同程度的病害,路面结构破坏日渐严重,使用品质下降,迫切需要对原有旧水泥混凝土路面进行修复,保证行车舒畅、安全。因此研究旧水泥混凝土路面的沥青加铺方案具有重要的工程实用价值。
     加铺沥青混凝土罩面能有效地改善旧水泥混凝土路面单位使用性能,延长其使用寿命,而且造价低,对交通通行和环境的影响较小。
     本文首先对某省道旧水泥混凝土路面使用状况进行评定,包括交通量调查、路面破损状况调查、路面板接缝传荷能力及承载能力检测、路面基层和底基层状况调查等,并对此进行分析,提出了水泥混凝土路面修复方案。
     其次以广东广汕公路荔城至中新段(K925+450~K944+700)路面改造工程为依托,对沥青加铺层的应用进行探讨,提出了沥青加铺层的结构方案。同时,根据工程实例对具有广东特色改进型密级配沥青混合料(GAC)从原材料选择、配合比设计等方面进行了研究分析,为该技术应用提供了基础。
     最后,对沥青加铺层的施工过程进行质量监控,论述了整个施工过程的监控要点,并且探讨施工中出现的不足之处的改进方法和手段,以全方位保证施工质量。本文基于工程实例,提供了关于旧水泥混凝土路面评价、加铺沥青层及施工质量监控的系统实用方法,实践证明,效果良好,可供类似工程实践时参考。
In recent years, with the increasing of the road traffic and carrying capacity, damages or distress of cement concrete highway appear in different degree. Many pavement structures deteriorated, and the ride quality declines at the same time. Therefore, due attentions should be paid for repair of existing concrete pavement in order to ensure the comfort and the the safety of the driving. In this condition, studying on technology of the existing concrete pavement rehabilitation and the asphalt overlay appears to have an important practical engineering value.
     The asphalt overlay method will be able to improve the serviceability of cement concrete roads effectively, lengthen their service life, reduce the construction cost and it has a comparatively light impact on the traffic and environment.
     In the first part, taken a provincial highways as case, the existing cement concrete pavement conditions were evaluated, which includs traffic surveys, pavement distress survey, pavement joint load transfer capability and carrying capacity, investigate road base and sub-base status, then proposed cement concrete pavement rehabilitation alternatives. Second, based on the rehabilitation project of Licheng to Zhongxin of
     Guangzhou-Shantou highway (K925+450~K944+700), the application of asphalt overlay and structure of asphalt overlay were proposed. At the same time, the selection of material and the mixture design of the GAC were studied, according to material uses in the similarly projects, which fit Cantonese environment.
     Finally, the quality control of construction process of asphalt overlay, list the monitoring points of the whole construction process, and make recommendations to correct the inadequacies in order to maintain the quality of construction.
     In a word, this paper proposed a system method for the evaluation and paving asphalt overlay and quality control. It showed that the mentioned method is effective though the practice. It would supply references to the similar projects.
