火电厂工业废水回用的研究——以渭河电厂为例

摘要
本文从火电厂工业废水回用的角度出发,运用物理化学、微生物学、污
    水处理等知识,通过理论与实际的有机结合,对工业废水回用于冷却水补充水
    的方法作了比较全面的论述。作者通过自行设计的实验反应器—微絮凝直接过
    滤滤柱和生物过滤反应器,探索了优化处理火电厂工业废水的可行性和实用性
    方案,提出了运用微絮凝亘接过滤—生物滤池的方法,并结合渭河电厂的实
    例,通过实验证明此工艺在技术上是可行的。基于实验结果,求出
    Eckenfelder生物滤池模式中常数n和K,为实际的工程设计提供了参考依据。
    此外,还提出了适合火电厂回用工业废水的工艺流程。
From the view of reusing industrial wastewaer in Power Plan, a
    method that treats industrial watwater to make it reused as complementary water in
    recycling cooling watr system is discussed in this paper. Furthermore, the method
    combines theories with pracice, and uses kowedge of physico-chemistry,
    microbiology, waste water treatment and so on. Feasibility and practicality of this
    method are studied by a series of experiments. So the pyocess of micro-flocculent
    direct filtration and,biological filtration was obtained, and proved to be feasible when
    applied to Weihe Power Planet. Based on experimental data, constants n and K used
    in Eckenfelder biological filtration model were deduced, which offer reference for
    actual engineering design. Besides, techeical fiow chart that adaPts to treating and
    reusing wastewater in power plant is presellted.
