处理小区生活污水CASS工艺研究

摘要
我国淡水资源缺乏,随着我国城市建设和工业的发展,城市用水量和排水量不断增长,造成水资源日益不足。开发住宅小区污水回用系统(中水系统),将这些小区或大楼的污水就近收集、就地处理,供给小区和用户的各类杂用水,既可节省水资源,缓解水资源的不足,又可以减少环境污染,有明显的社会效益和经济效益。
    目前,推广使用中水技术的主要障碍之一是经济效益问题,因此要降低污水处理设施造价,降低能耗。CASS工艺与传统的活性污泥法相比虽然有一定的经济优势,但是他还是存在一些不足之处,并且总体来说处理成本还是比较高。所以有必要对CASS工艺的运行方式做一定的改进,克服了原来CASS工艺一些固有的缺点,提高处理效果以及反应池的有效容积利用率,降低处理设施造价及污水处理的成本。
    本文是针对改进后的CASS系统选择设计参数并设计计算,将设计好的反应池原型按重力相似准则做成反应池模型。实验研究的重点是探讨针对原CASS工艺的不足之处建立的改进后的反应池的沉淀状况,即研究排水比及其影响因素,研究改进后的处理工艺的处理效果及效率,为该工艺的工程应用提供依据。试验表明,污泥在理想沉淀状态下沉淀情况良好,模型反应池处理污水的效果明显。改进后的工艺经过合适选定各种参数,并根据建设场地的具体情况灵活设计反应池的形状,在满足出水要求的前提下,可明显提高污水处理效率,降低污水处理的成本,并将会成为一种经济有效的污水处理方式。
With the development of industry and our city, the absence of water resource has became a serious problem we have to face. The amount of water that we have used and discharged is increasing everyday. Developing the system of wastewater reuse in residential area and reclaiming the wastewater of nearby building is a mathed which can both save the water resource and reduce the pollution of the environment.
    Nowadays, one of the main problems about the reuse of wastewater is economic reason,therefore, it’s necessary to lower the price of the wastewater treatment facilities and to reduce the cost of operation. Though, the cyclic activated sludge system compares to traditional actived sludge method have some economic advantage, but there still has some drawback, in addition, the cost of treatment is still high. So, its necessity to change some part of the cyclic activated sludge system to overcome it’s original weakness, and the change would help to improve reactor’s valid capacity utilization and to reduce the cost of the facilities and operation.
      When the parameters of the system which some part of the process was changed were set,we could design the form and size of the reactor.The prototype of reactor is contracted into model of reactor as some certain rate.The purpose of this experiment is to study the settle conditions of the cyclic activated sludge system which has been altered. And we also study the result and efficiency of treatment, so as to offer some data for actual engineering. The result of this experiment show this way is efficiently in the treatment of wastewater.In addition,by the way of setting appropriate parameter,designing the size of reactor according to actual field circumstance,this mathed can improve treatment efficacy obviously and reduce the cost of wastewater treatment.
