光电子产品生命周期质量管理关键技术研究

摘要
21世纪是质量的世纪,光电子产业是21世纪的支柱产业之一。如何以“世界级质量”参与全球行业竞争,成为我国广大光电子企业存亡的重大问题。论文通过对质量管理理论及方法的研究,以及光电子产品及其质量管理特点的分析,提出了光电子产品生命周期质量管理模型,并对模型实现的若干关键技术进行了研究。
     (1)论文研究了光电子产品及其质量管理特点,提出了光电子产品生命周期质量管理模型,该模型以客户需求为驱动,以六西格玛质量过程控制为对象,强调基于事实和数据的质量管理。其目的在于提升企业的质量优势,获得客户的持续满意,从而提高企业的核心竞争力。
     (2)从客户需求的类型着手,针对客户需求为驱动的光电子产品生命周期质量管理特点,提出了基于Web的客户需求获取方法,研究了基于模糊理论的客户需求聚类分析方法,并给出了应用实例。
     (3)为将客户需求贯穿于产品生命周期各个阶段,论文研究并建立了客户需求向技术特征项映射的质量屋,给出了技术特征项重要度的计算方法,有助于企业更有效理解并实现客户需求。
     (4)论文研究了光电子产品六西格玛质量过程控制的实现方法,提出了四层质量监控模式以保证过程控制高质量的实现,提出了基于PDCA环和DMAIC模型的过程质量持续改进梯,研究了光电子产品六西格玛质量过程控制流程与方法,研究成果有助于光电子企业过程质量的持续改进。
     (5)论文针对六西格玛质量水平的过程控制特点,分别研究了以产品不合格率、累积合格品数和连续合格品链长为控制对象的控制图应用技术,并给出了应用实例对比分析,从而为过程的判稳和判异提供决策依据。
     (6)论文结合案例企业佛山国星光电科技有限公司质量管理实际,构建了案例企业光电子产品生命周期质量管理原型系统,介绍了其实施及应用情况,论证了论文研究的可操作性和先进性。
     光电子产品生命周期质量管理模型及模型实现的若干关键技术研究,有利于推动光电子企业质量管理理论与实践的发展,对现阶段我国光电子企业持续改进质量水平,参与世界级竞争具有重要的意义。
The 21st century is the century of quality, and optoelectronic industry is one of the pillar cornerstone industries in the 21st century. For China optoelectronic enterprises, how to participate in the global competition by means of the world-class quality has become the survival or perish subject. Based on the theoretical study of quality management, as well as the analysis of optoelectronic products and its quality management characteristics, the optoelectronic product lifecycle quality management model is proposed in this dissertation, and some key technologies also are studied.
     (1) This dissertation studies optoelectronic products and its quality management characteristics, and proposes the optoelectronic product lifecycle quality management model which is customer demands-driven and six sigma process control targeted. By emphasizing the process control based on fact and data, the model could improve the quality advantages, achieve the continual satisfaction of customers, and enhance the core competitiveness of optoelectronic enterprise.
     (2) From the type of customer demands, in view of the optoelectronic product lifecycle quality management characteristics which is customer demands-driven, this dissertation brings forward the acquisition methods of customer demands based on web resources, and studies the cluster analysis method for analyzing the customer demands by fuzzy theory, and gives an application example.
     (3) Aiming at the reflection the customer demands throughout the various stages of the product lifecycle, this dissertation researches and establishes the quality house in order to achieve the mapping relationships between technical characteristics and customer demands. This dissertation also gives the methods for calculating the weight of technical characteristics, and helps enterprise to meet customer demands more effectively.
     (4) By studying the realization process of six sigma quality management for optoelectronic product, this dissertation discusses the 4-layer-monitor pattern to assure the implementation of high quality in process control, and the continual quality improvement ladder based on the PDCA ring and DMAIC model is also discussed. The dissertation studies the statistical process control methods of high-quality optoelectronic products. All these studies would be of great benefit to continual quality improvement in the process of optoelectronic product.
     (5) After analyzing the characteristic of high-quality process control, this dissertation respective discusses the application technologies of control chats such as the product defective rate, cumulative quantity of good product and consecutive conforming run-length, and gives the contrastive analysis examples to illustrate its. This study is helpful to diagnose the stability or abnormity of process.
     (6) This dissertation constructs the prototype system of optoelectronic product lifecycle quality management combined with the actual quality management of Foshan Nationstar Optoelectronics Limited Company. This dissertation introduces its implementation, and the results of application demonstrate the feasibility and advance of study contents in dissertation.
     The given optoelectronic product lifecycle quality management model and its key technologies are in favor of promoting the quality management theory and implementation for optoelectronic enterprise, which also has great significance for continual improving the quality level and participating in world-class competition for optoelectronic enterprise.
