家具制造业逆向物流模式选择与网络构建研究

摘要
随着工业化进程的加快,人民的生活水平不断的提高,个性化和新颖性消费也随之得到不断强化。顺应这种变化,家具制造业的加工能力也得到空前的提高。但这种“大量生产——大量消费”的线性生产方式带来大量的资源废弃和引起生态环境的恶化,比如木材资源的耗竭、环境污染、土地填埋占用等。为缓解木材资源大量消耗的巨大压力,顺应全球化过程中经济发展绿色化的趋势,对废旧家具进行绿色回收循环再利用,对我国家具制造业可持续发展具有重大的理论和现实意义。
     本文以循环经济与逆向物流等相关理论为基础,以回收循环再利用废旧家具为目标,对家具制造业逆向物流模式选择与网络构建进行了研究。文章首先对家具制造业的现状以及逆向物流现状进行了调研分析;然后根据循环经济理念提出了家具制造业逆向物流模式,利用模糊多层次分析法对家具制造业逆向物流模式进行选择评价,并结合算例进行了实证分析;最后基于外包物流模式下的家具制造业逆向物流模式构建了逆向物流网络,利用混合整数规划理论对该模式下的家具制造业逆向物流网络建立了模型,并结合案例进行了模拟求解。
With the speeding up of industrialization and the improvement of people's living standards, personalized and novelty consumption also will get constantly strengthened. For complying with the change, furniture manufacturing industry processing skills have been unprecedented increased. But the linear production mode in mass production and mass consumption produced the waste of resources and deteriorated the environment, such as timber resources exhausted, environment polluted, landfill took up the large land and so on. To relieve the tremendous pressure on using up a lot of timber resources, comply the developing the green economic trends in the process of globalization, it's of great theoretical and realistic significance that recycling and re-using old furniture will promote the sustainable development in furniture manufacturing industry.
     Based on the theory of circular economy and reverse logistics, the mode selection and network building of reverse logistics in furniture manufacturing were studied, with the purpose of recycling the old furniture. Firstly, the development of furniture manufacturing and the actuality of its reverse logistics were researched and analyzed. Secondly, according to circular economy thinking, the reverse logistics mode of furniture manufacturing was presented, the FAHP was adapted to how to evaluate and choose, and the example was given. Lastly, based on outsourcing logistics mode, a logistics network was built, and the MILP was applied to build a network model of reverse logistics in furniture manufacturing, and an application was showed.
