独立电厂发电报价辅助决策系统研究

摘要
电力市场中独立电厂发电报价系统是电力系统商业化运营模拟系统的重要组成部分,是一个用以决定电厂年度和月度检修计划、日发电能力和发电报价、并通过交易系统上报调度中心的智能决策系统。
     在市场环境下,市场机制决定了供电方报价低者优先卖出电能,所以发电报价系统直接影响到独立电厂和电力系统的经济效益和运行,而成为一个焦点。由于报价系统受到市场环境和独立电厂本身运营情况等诸多因素的影响,而具有一定的随机性和实时性,使独立电厂通过发电报价获取尽可能大的效益具有一定的难度。
     本文主要对独立电厂在现货市场中的“独立电厂发电报价辅助决策系统”进行了研究。从发电报价应建立在电力社会成本而不是个别成本这一基本点出发,在考虑市场因素的前提下,对独立电厂内部进行了机组优化和成本计算,进而作出发电报价辅助决策。
     本文的工作和研究成果由五部分组成:1.在系统随机生产模拟的基础上,根据系统负荷需求,预测系统的边际成本电价,这部分工作能较好地预测到市场前景。2.采用人工神经网络技术,探索了根据预测的市场需求和边际成本电价预估独立电厂次日负荷的新途径,使独立电厂能在尽可能符合独立电厂和市场的未来运行情况下优化安排厂内生产。3.在考虑市场因素条件下,采用最优化方法制定了独立电厂内发电机组最优启停计划,以达到独立电厂发电耗量最小的目的。4.对发电报价辅助决策系统方法进行了研究,给出了独立电厂发电报价决策支持系统的总体构架和设计方案。5.运用计算机多媒体技术实现
    
    了一个可用于实际火电厂的发电报价辅助决策系统。
     本文通过理论推导和算例分析,得到了一些颇具实际意义的结论,
    并给出了相应的研究结果。
In a power market , a generate bid system is an important subsystem of a power market operation system . It is a base to schedule the annual maintenance and monthly maintenance , daily generate capability and bids of a power plant. The bid system is an intelligent one in which the bids are stated to ISO by using of the transaction manage system .
    In a power market, the market order determines that the power plants who invite bid lower would sell their power . So the generate bid system has been focused on because it has influenced on the benefits and the operation of power plants and power systems .
    A bid system may change their methods of bidding by reasons of a power market environment or the operating of s specific power plant. The bid system is random and real-time , so it is difficult to get the benefit as large as possible for a specific power plant by inviting bids .
    In this paper , a generate bid system in a power market in pool mode is presented . based on that the bid would de stated on the sociality power cost rather than special power cost of a specific power plant. The power plants should schedule properly the commitment of their generating units and calculate the power cost in a power market, and then the bids will be invited .
    The main research work is described as follow : 1. According to the prediction of the next day's load , the marginal price can be calculated by aid of operation scheduling . So the conditions of next day's power market can be forecasted very well. 2 . A new method of forecasting the future load that would be provided by a specific power plant by using of artificial neural network . 3 . For gaining the minimize of power generation cost of some special power plant, the problem of optimization of generate unit commitment are solved dynamic
    
    
    
    
    programming . 4 . Based on the study of the principal of generate bid system in power market, a new general construction and a scheme are presented . 5 . With the help of the computer multimedia , a practical auxiliary decision system of a technology generate bidding system in a power market is created .
    Some practical conclusions are presented , and the feasible results are shown in this paper by deducing in theory and showing the result of computation example.
