高校体育课对大学生健康促进的实验研究

摘要
随着教育事业和经济的快速发展,社会对人才的综合素质的要求越来越高,现代大学生承载着巨大的学习与就业等竞争压力。很多研究业已报道,大学生体质呈下降趋势,超重、肥胖、近视等现代文明病有所增加。勿容置疑,快速发展的社会对人才‘的基本素质的高要求与大学生体质所呈现下降趋势形成了尖锐的矛盾,使得大学生体质健康问题备受关注。大学生是社会的一个特殊群体,体育锻炼在促进他们全面发展方面有着不可低估的作用,保持健康的体魄是现代大学生追求的重要生活目标之一。在校大学生通过体育课对他们培养与实施健身与科学健身,不仅对于提高体质具有重大而深远的意义,而且也是他们养成健康生活方式的重要途径。
     本文以高校体育课教学纲要为指导,以提高学生体质健康为目的,以华中师范大学一年级200名学生为研究对象,通过问卷调查,测试学生的体质健康状况,然后在体育课中进行为期16个周的综合干预实验研究,内容包括身体素质、运动技术及素质与技术三个方面,并用对照组进行比较,取得了良好的体育课干预效果,其结果如下。
     1.通过调查发现大学生在健康意识上有了较大进步,能关注自身健康,并对健康有了一定认识,对体育课的参与也有了很大转变,改变过去喜欢体育而不喜欢体育课的状况,能积极的参与体育课堂中,并对教师所传授的健康知识和技术有一定程度的理解与掌握。
     2.在实验前对大学生进行体质测试发现大学生身体形态如身高、体重、身体质量指数及腰臀等方面较好。身高男生为172.42cm,女生为160.15cm;体重男生为体60.58kg,女生为53.40kg;身体质量指数男生为20.29,女生为20.86;腰臀比处在正常值的下限水平,说明大学生的形态发育良好,但大学生的体脂率在正常范围的上限水平。反映男、女生身体机能的肺活量体重指数成绩都在处在《大学生体质健康标准》及格范围的中下限水平;但身体素质测试中的爆发力、耐力、力量素质方面普遍较差。
     3.通过对体育课进行运动干预的实验,并在干预中实施体育课负荷监控,发现大学生的体质健康均有不同程度的提高。其中技术、素质实验干预组效果最好,表现在体质测试成绩提高幅度较大,尤其是爆发力、力量素质有较大提高;身体形态进一步优化,身体脂肪率下降;肺活量体重指数由及格向良好转变。
     4.高校体育课是大学生健康促进的重要途径,建议在国家政策保障的同时加强监督与实施,确保高校体育课成为大学生的健康促进的有效途径;并重视课外体育活动的开展与指导,营造良好的健康促进校园气氛;充分发挥体育教师在体育课中的指导作用,把健康促进贯穿在整个体育课教学和课外体育活动中,使大学生体质健康达到最佳水平。
Along with the rapid development of the edbiz and economy, the demand for the society to talented person's professional ability, the comprehensive quality of is higher and higher, and the college students is bearing the great pressure of competition to learn and obtain employment etc. Many studies have been reported that the college students' physique has declined, but overweight and obesity, myopia and other modern civilization disease has increased. There is little doubt that, the rapid development of the society for talents of the basic quality of the high demand for students' physique and which has declined formed of sharp contradictions, and makes the undergraduates' physical health problems cause for concern. College students is a special group of the society, and the physical exercise in promoting their overall development has not underestimate role, so it is the important one of the goals of life for the colledge students to keep a healthy body. The physical education to train the colledge students and carry out fitness and science fitness, not only has significant and profound significance to improve the physique, but also is an important approach to develop a health way of life.
     The guidance for this article is the university P.E. teaching outline, and the purpose is to improve the students' physical health, and in addition the research objects are200freshmen In P.E. class in Huazhong Normal University.By questionnaire investigation, to test the physical health of the students, and then take comprehensive interference experiments of physical quality, movement technology,and both quality and technology. Compared with the control group, I have obtained the good effect of the physical education intervention, and the results are as follows.
     1.The healthy consciousness of the college students has made great progress.Now they focus on their own health, and have certain views of health.They have made big changes in participating in the P.E..They have changed the past that like sports but not like RE..Such as actively participating in sports class, and the having a certain degree of understanding and mastery in the health knowledge and technology.
     2. We found that college students'physical form such as height, weight, and body mass index and the ratio is good, etc in the experiment of college students before physical tests. Height of boys is172.42cm, and the girls' is160.15cm. Weight of boys is60.58kg, and he girls'is53.40kg; Body mass index of boys is20.29, and the girls' is20.86. Waist-hip ratio in the lower limit of normal level, show that college studengts' morphological development is good, but their body fat is in the normal range rate of the upper limit of level. The vital capacity body mass index scores that reflecting the physical function are living in the scope of the lower level of pass in the "university student physical health standa". In addition the explosive force, the endurance, strength quality is poorer in the body of the quality test.
     3.Through the exercise intervention experiment in the sports class, and the load monitoring of physical course in the intervention, we found that the physical health of students are improved to different extent. Among them, the experimental intervention group of the technology and quality had the best effect, manifested in the physical fitness test scores improved greatly, especially the explosive and force quality. The body shape has made further optimization, and the body fat rate is down, while the vital capacity body mass index that reflecting the bodily functions passing from good to move forward.
     4.P.E. in the university is the important way to promote college students'health. It is suggested to strengthen supervision and implementation while making use of the national policy guarantee, so that ensure university P.E. to be an effective way to promote the college students'health. We should pay attention to the development of the sports activities after class and provide some guidance, and in addition to build good health to promot the campus atmosphere. Then Give full play to the guidance function of the physical education teachers in P.E., and take the health promotion throughout the physical education teaching and extracurricular sports activities, so as to make college students' physical health reaching the best level.
