纯电动汽车车载信息的采集与远程监测系统的研发

摘要
随着石油能源的日益短缺和CO2等温室气体大量排放对环境的影响不断加剧,“节能减排”这一主题在世界范围内引起共同关注。在汽车领域,以纯电动汽车为导向的新能源汽车研发已经成为各国的重点。在电动汽车的研发过程中,要想降低开发成本、优化电动汽车性能、推动技术的改进与创新,必需对纯电动汽车运行工况数据参数进行了解和分析。因此,研究和开发电动汽车的车载信息远程监测系统具有重要意义。
     本文根据汽车现场数据采集的现状与发展趋势,结合CAN网络通信技术、GPRS网络远程无线数据通信技术以及虚拟仪器在工业上的广泛应用,研发了一种基于ARM9和LabVIEW的纯电动汽车车载信息远程监测系统。该系统主要包括车载终端硬件数据采集与传输系统的设计和远程监测软件系统的开发。
     在硬件系统设计上,采用以ARM9—2440芯片作为现场数据采集和发送系统的核心处理器,并选择MCP2510 CAN控制器,82C250 CAN收发器模块及M22 GPRS数据无线传输模块等辅助元件,通过对相关电路连接图的设计,完成系统硬件平台的搭建。在软件程序开发上,通过CAN和GPRS相关通信原理及通信协议,应用C语言在ADS开发环境下编写、调试程序,完成车载信息(如电机转速、电机温度、电池剩余电量、电池电压、电池电流等)的采集及远程传输功能。
     远程监测软件系统采用图形化语言LabVIEW编写,使其通过网络协议与硬件系统建立远程通信,并通过设计人机界面,直观的显示车载信息,同时还具有数据存储、回放等功能,实现对电动汽车运行状况的监测。
     通过显示数据对比,该系统运行稳定,能准确接收车载信息,显示直观,存储和回放方便,达到了预期设计效果。
With the growing shortage of oil energy and the environmental impact from greenhouse gases emissions such as CO2, the theme of "energy conservation and emission reduction" caused common concern in worldwide. In the automotive field, the new energy vehicles oriented of pure electric vehicles has become the key of research and development in some countries. In the development process of electric vehicles, we essential to understand and analyze the data of the pure electric vehicle operating conditions in order to reduce development costs, optimize performance, promote technology improvement and innovation of the pure electric car. Therefore, the research and development of pure electric cars vehicle-mounted information remote monitoring system has important significance.
     This paper based on the field of vehicle data collection in present situation or development tendency, combined the technology of CAN network communication, remote wireless data communication of GPRS, and the virtual instrument that widely used in industry. It developed the remote monitoring system of vehicle-mounted information based on ARM9 and LabVIEW. The system mainly consisted of car data terminal hardware system design and remote monitoring software system research.
     In the hardware system design, It adopts chip ARM9-2440 as the core processor of the data collection and the transmission system, and then, it selects some supplementary components, such as, MCP2510 CAN controller module,82C250 CAN transceiver module and M22 GPRS data wireless transmission module, completing hardware system platform through design the relevant circuit connection diagram. In the research about software programs, we writing and debugging the programs application C language under the ADS development environment through the CAN or GPRS related communication theory and communication protocol. It could complete the function of vehicle-mounted information (such as motor speed, motor temperature, battery remaining capacity, battery voltage, battery current, etc.) acquisition and remote transfer.
     Remote monitoring software written used the graphical language of LabVIEW. Make it establish remote communication with the hardware system through the network protocol, then, design human-machine interface and realize monitor the operation condition of the electric car, it would not only display vehicle information intuitively, but also has the function of date storage and playback.
     By the data display contrast, this system operate stable, could accurate receiving vehicle information, display intuitively, storage and playback convenient, achieve the design effect.
