高职高专贫困学生心理健康与社会支持的相关研究

摘要
近年来,随着高校贫困生人数的快速增加,贫困大学生心理健康已成为高校和社会各方面关注的问题。较多的学者和专家对贫困大学生心理健康问题进行了研究,但目前,研究普遍关注的是普通本科高校贫困生心理健康问题,针对高校中的“底层”——高职高专学校中的贫困生心理健康问题研究较少且不深入。本人选择了高职高专贫困学生心理健康与社会支持进行相关研究,并提出解决心理健康问题的应对策略,希望为高职高专贫困大学生的心理健康教育提供一点新的思路、方法。
     本研究以促进高职高专贫困生健康发展为目的,遵循“查阅文献资料→问卷调查→统计分析→讨论→提出应对策略”的思路,采用SCL—90症状自评量表和社会支持评定量表(SSRS),对峨眉山市两所高职高专学校贫困生心理健康与社会支持进行调查,在调查结果的基础上分析讨论,并借鉴国内一些学者的研究和国外一些国家的就学体制、高职教育发展的成功经验,提出了高职高专贫困生心理健康问题的应对策略。
     本研究结论如下:
     1、通过scl-90症状测试,表明高职高专贫困学生心理健康水平相对较低,且存在不同程度的心理问题,易产生强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、偏执、精神病性等心理问题,并使躯体产生不适。
     2、通过贫困生与非贫困生社会支持各维度比较,表明高职高专贫困生对受尊重、被支持理解的满意程度不高,不善于支配和利用社会支持来解决问题,与非贫困大学生相比,贫困大学生更缺乏利用社会支持的意识和习惯各种支持源。
     3、对高职高专贫困学生社会支持维度与scl-90各因子相关分析,表明两者存在显著负关系。说明良好的社会支持对维持一般的良好情绪体验具有重要意义。因此,作好贫困生心理健康教育工作,需要建立有效的社会支持系统,并引导贫困生学会善于开发和利用社会支持。
     解决高职高专贫困大学生的心理健康问题的措施是多方面的,需要政府、社会、学校和贫困生个人的共同努力,物质救助方式和精神救助方式相结合。营造有利于贫困生发展的氛围,树立他们自立、自强的意识,帮助他们摆脱经济贫困和心理贫困。应对策略包括三方面:
     1、政府和社会的关心支持和帮助
     2、高校发挥至关重要的作用
     3、贫困生从自身做起,建立良好的心态
In recent years,with the fast increase of the number of impoverished students in universities,the impoverished universities students' psychological health has become a big problem concerned by the school authority and the society.More and more scholars and the experts have conducted this research.But at present,most of these researches are aimed at the ordinary undergraduate impoverished students' psychological healthy condition.To the impoverished students' psychological health in "the bottom of colleges"—the higher vocational and technical colleges,the researches are a very few and superficial.So I have chosen this field,researching into impoverished students' psychological health in the higher vocational and technical colleges and its social support,and propose the strategy of solution to the psychological health problem, hoping to provide a new mentality and method for the impoverished students' psychological healthy education of the higher vocational and technical colleges
     This research aims at promoting the healthy development of the impoverished students in the higher vocational and technical colleges.According to the mentality of "the consult literature material→questionnaire survey→statistical analysis→discussion→proposing the strategy",adopting the SCL-90 symptom from to comment the meter and the society supports evaluation meter(SSRS),I surveyed two higher vocational and technical colleges in the City of Mt.Emei on impoverished students psychological health and the society support.Through analyzing and discussing on the basis of the research result,I put forward to the strategy of the impoverished students' psychological healthy problem,profited by some domestic and overseas scholars' researches,the educational system of other countries,and the successful experience on the higher vocational and technical educational development condition.
     This research's conclusion is as follows:
     1st,through the scl-90 symptom test,it indicates impoverished students psychological healthy level in the higher vocational and technical colleges is relatively low,and exists varying degree of psychological problems,such as easy to have the force symptom,the interpersonal relationship sensitive,despondent,anxious,hostile, biased,psychological questions and so on neurosis,and causes the body to produce ill.
     2nd,through compared the social support various dimensions of impoverished students and non-impoverished students,it indicates the impoverished students in the higher vocational and technical colleges are not satisfied with respected and understood degree,and they are not good at controlling and making use of the social support. Compared with the non-impoverished students,they are more lack of consciously using the social support and getting used to various of supporting sources.
     3rd,According to the connected analysis to the social supporting dimension of the impoverished students in higher vocational and technical colleges and the scl-90 various factors,it indicates they both exist remarkable negative relations,and shows it's vital significant for good social support to maintain the general good mood experience. Therefore,an effective social supporting system must be established to finish the impoverished students' psychological healthy education,and they should be guided to be good at developing and making use of the social support.
     We need to take various measures to solve impoverished college students' psychological healthy problem in the higher vocational and technical colleges.It needs the government,the society,the school and individual to make great efforts together, combining the material rescue way with the spiritual rescue way to construct a kind of atmosphere in favor of impoverished students development,in which they can set up a sense of independence,and get rid of the economical poverty and psychological poverty. The strategy includes three aspects:
     1st,it needs the government and society's care,support and help
     2nd,the college authority plays an very important role
     3rd,impoverished students begin with themselves,establishing a good attitude towards this problem.
