上海徐家汇商务旅游满意度实证研究

摘要
商务旅游自20世纪50年代以来在世界范围内快速发展,至今也一直保持着较高的发展速度。近年来,我国商务旅游人数保持了持续稳定的增长。在新的世纪,旅游已经上升为经济发展的热点,被许多地区列为支柱型产业甚至是主导型产业。传统的以观光为代表的休闲性旅游,受到经济收入、工作时间和季节性的影响,存在着脆弱灵敏的特性,需求弹性大,市场波动明显。因此,要实现旅游业的可持续发展,必须要大力开发商务旅游的市场价值,扩大商务旅游的作用领域。商务旅游的发展能够给一个城市起到很好的窗口作用,更好的推动这个城市的经济发展和政治文化繁荣。
     上海徐家汇作为上海市一个重要的中央商务区,是上海经济文化的交流中心,集中了大量金融、保险、贸易、信息及中介服务机构,拥有大量商务办公、酒店公寓等配套设施,具备完善的市政交通与通讯条件,便于现代商务活动的场所。对该地区商务旅游的满意度进行实证研究,能够更好的反映出该地区商务旅游发展所存在的问题,以便提出更好的改进策略。
     本文以上海徐家汇为例,对商务旅游满意度做了实证研究。实证研究主要是问卷调查。在文献研究的基础上,了解商务旅游的发展历史、特点等因素。通过问卷调查获取第一手资料,并运用SPSS13统计软件和IPA的理论,对所得到的数据进行分析和研究,了解了徐家汇地区商务旅游游客满意度的现状,并分析了该地区发展商务旅游存在的主要问题,最后提出了适合徐家汇发展商务旅游的一系列对策和措施。希望能对它今后的发展起到一定的作用。
Business travel has developmented rapidly in the world since the 1950s, and has always maintained a relatively high speed of development. In recent years, the number of China's business tourists has maintained a sustained and stable growth. In the new century, tourism has increased as the hot spot of the economic development, has seen as the pillar industries or oriented industries by many areas of industry. The traditional tourism as the leisure tourism is affected by the economic income, working hours and season. It has some features as fragile sensitive, elasticity of demand, market volatility. Therefore, in order to achieve sustainable tourism development, we must vigorously develop the business travel market value,and expand the role of the field of business travel. Business Travel can play a very good window role for the development of a city, to promote the city's economic development and political prosperity.
     Xujiahui as an important Central Business District is the economic and cultural exchange center. It has focused a great deal of financial, insurance, trade, information and intermediary service institutions,has substantial business office, hotel apartments, and other supporting facilities. It has improved the municipal transport and communications conditions and facilitated the establishment of modern business activities. The satisfaction of empirical research of business tourism for this region can reflect the real problem and proposed the better strategies to improve business tourism.
     This paper has done a empirical research of the satisfaction of the business tourism as a case of Shanghai Xujiahui. The main method of this empirical research is the survey. The paper has summed up the historical development characteristics and other factors of business tourism on the base of literature research. It has accessed the first-hand information through the survey,used the statistical software of spssl3 and the theory of IPA to get the data. Through analysis and research of this data, it has learned the status of business tourists satisfacation about Xujiahui district,analyses the main problem of business tourism development in the region. Finally, this paper proposes a series of measures and strategies which are suitable for the development of business tourism in Xujiahui,hopes it will play a important role to the future development.
