现代教育技术的运用与思考——深圳中学初中部现代教育技术的应用探索

摘要

本文应用现代教育技术学的有关原理和理论对深圳中学初中部运用现代教
    育技术的实践提出了个人看法，分为三部分。第一部分主要简述了运用现代教
    育技术的相关问题：什么是现代教育技术、现代教育技术的应用方式、应用现
    代教育技术所产生的影响。第二部分探究了深圳中学初中部现代教育技术的应
    用实践：优化教育环境；加强教师培训，全面提高教师素质；探索以发展学生
    主体的现代教育技术应用模式；并指出深圳中学初中部应用现代教育技术方面
    存在的几个问题。第三部分提出了深圳中学初中部现代教育技术的应用要注意
    的几个问题，认为要更好的应用现代教育技术，应从五个方面加强：重视转变
    领导、教师、家长和学生教育观念；为教师的现代教育技术培训注入新的内容；
    发挥各种媒体的特长与作用；构建现代教育技术条件下的教学模式；加强现代
    教育技术教材的管理。
This article applies the theories concerned of modern educational techniques
     to bring forward the author’s individual opinions about the application practice
     of modern educational techniques in the junior part of Shenzhen High School.
     The article is divided into three parts to expatiate. The first part mainly
     introduces the concepts concerned of modern educational techniques
     including the definition of modern educational techniques, the application
     manner of modern educational techniques and the effect of the application of
     modern educational techniques. The second part summarizes the application
     practice of modern educational techniques in the junior part of Shenzhen High
     School. That includes optimizing the educational environment, enhancing the
     quality of teachers all round and seeking after the application manner of
     modern educational techniques, which help to develop the students as the
     main body. It also point out what should be unproved on using modern
     educational techniques on Junior part of Shenzhen High School. The third part
     puts forward several notable problems in the application of modern educational
     techniques in the junior part of Shenzhen High School. The author believes
     that the under-mentioned five aspects should be strengthened to better apply
     modern educational techniques better. The first aspect is to attach importance
     to the conversion of the educational notions of leaders, teachers, parents and
     students. The second one is to add new contents for the training of modern
     educational techniques for teachers. The third one is to bring the media’s
     strong points and effects into full play. The fourth one is to set up the
     educational pattern under the condition of modern educational techniques. The
     last one is to the management of teaching materials and software, which apply
     modern educational techniques.
